6-19-24 10:15am Just left Lowes in Albany, GA. Was there to replace a faulty EGO battery charger that was bought there along with a blower. I talked to a nice man in that area of the store who steered me to the "customer service" desk. What a joke. The person at the desk was more interested in talking to another employee who interrupted our conversation along with finding out the exact physical description of the man who helped me on the floor than helping me find the part that I needed. WHO CARES what he looked like? I was so embarrassed and irritated by the way that I was being treated and talked to that I put the faulty device back in my bag and walked out. As I walked out, the totally unprofessional person at the "Customer Service" desk was laughing. What a stain on Lowes reputation.

Staff was very helpful, only thing I didn’t like there was no carts closely available had to go out in the parking lot to find one

Spend $1000 on a Char-Griller grill. It doesn’t work Lowes can’t take it back and Char-Griller won’t fix it.

For the most part, it was ok. A couple of employees seemed distant. Then, when I was about to do self checkout, the lady who was there to help seemed a bit nonchalant. Not just at me but others there as well. I personally am used to Lowe's employees being cheerful.

Why Lowes stopped having copies of the weekly ad in the store? I inquired about one at customer services and was told she has not seen one in years. Thank to Home Depot for still providing customers with copies of ads in the store.

If you are delivering here, check with unloading every 10 minutes. They will leave you sitting all day! 2 items took 50 minutes! 170 lbs

Gone down hill. People don't get commissions anymore so no one cares to help. It was once a good place to shop. Usually stuff is messy and they don't keep a tight ship like years before.

I was waiting for assistance for 20 minutes inside the store before calling. Was assured that someone was on the way. After 30 minutes I called again and was hung up on 2 times. 6 employees on a Friday afternoon the weekend of mothers day is absolutely insane and poor customer service.

Only came in because of a great deal on washer and dryer. AVOID this place if you can because they will only care about the sale of appliance but once sold no one care about you. The delivery people scratched the washer and I called to get it addressed and no one would help literally and just rudely listens and the transfers the call.
