Jrs Mobile Mechanics did a fantastic job for me when my vehicle’s alternator went out this morning (12/4/2023). Luckily I broke down at the parts store closest to my house. I reached out to many people (shops and other mobile services) and they were the first ones to reach back out to me after not having luck elsewhere. They were the quickest to get to where I was stuck at, which was greatly appreciated. Things happen for a reason and in a way, I’m glad I was unsuccessful with everyone else that was recommended to me. I lucked out and got a great company here. The service tech that came out was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and super efficient. The cost was exceptionally reasonable and the service was fantastic. Can’t thank them enough for getting me back on the road. Highly, highly recommend them for any mobile repair needs! Definitely plan on using them again as I do have some other repairs I’ll need to get done in the future.

I called Jr’s Mobile Mechanics to remove and replace a broken serpentine belt on my 2013 Nissan Altima. Being a woman senior citizen, I was very concerned about the service that I would get and I was correct. However, They responded promptly to my call and the technician was cordial however, he left a large portion of the broken serpentine belt lodged in my AC and compressor pulleys. The technician stated that he cut away what he could but could not get it out and that at some point I may have to replace my AC compressor. The owner refused to accommodate. Needless to say, I had to get someone else to clear the AC pulley. I will not use this service again nor would I recommend it to anyone!

Great customer service. Robert came out to my place and put a new alternator on my car. He kept me informed by pictures of old part that was removed and new part that was put on. He was excellent highly recommend their service. Melanie

Robert was awesome and explained every step of the way...quick turnaround and pricing as well. Only issue which was Not the mechanic was in their system not showing I paid for services. That part was insulting so be sure before you ask that question.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We needed a new starter on one of our cars. The mechanic who came out was very friendly and courteous. He was able to install the correct starter in record time, which would have taken us half the day or more, if we could have done it at all. I will recommend this mobile mechanic to people I know who need one. You won't regret it!

I called Robert one day and he was there the next day. I explained my problem and shared what Auto Zone had said was the problem. He listened to me, but when he checked my vehicle, it was totally different than what Auto Zone had said. Robert clearly explained to me what the real issue was and ensured me that he could fix it it. Before he changed out any parts, he showed me the new and old parts and pointed to everything on my vehicle so I could see what he had to do. Robert was very friendly and professional and didn't try to rip me off. I would highly recommend him to anyone with vehicle needs.

I used Jr's to get a second opinion on a leak because the DEALERSHIP kept sending me on my way saying there is NOT a leak. Jr tested the car and showed me EXACTLY where the leak was coming from. He even recorded the leak and sent it to me. I will definitely be using Jr in the future!
