Hutchinson Toyota in Albany, GA, in my honest opinion, is the only place to get OE Toyota parts. From presale to post-sale, Thomas Haviland makes sure that I get the correct part the first time and at the best possible price. I can typically find the OE part number on my own, but many times I have had to use Thomas's expertise to suss out the proper part required. He is always on point. If you need OE Toyota parts, even if you are out of state, do not hesitate to call Thomas. You are guaranteed to get the correct part(s) at the best price.

Was with emphasis on was looking into a used Scion... Called dealership today and discussed the price listed. list price $9757 which is TRUE pricing for a 2012 Scion iQ. But when the salesperson then says oh no you have to add the Hutchinson Advantage $ 2788 ( scam markups) and Dealer Fee another $899 you just wonder who actually walks into a dealership like this and takes a royal hose job? Do your research folks before you go here, ...

Consistency is key, Hutchinson Toyota of Albany I consistently shows that it is the worst Toyota dealership in the United States. Drive to Lee county or heck drive all the way to Texas but whatever you do, do not give your business to this location. I promise you'll regret it!

Went in to ask about delivery of a vehicl we saw on Toyota website that is coming in. Had to wait for manager to get the information that we already knew. We're told that the vehicle we want was a preferred vehicle, insinuating that we are not preferred customers. Over 2 hours later we are still waiting on the information we asked for. Left and went across town to a completely different experience and will be buying there.

I came here today to get the first 5,000 mile check for my SUV. I didn't really know what to expect other than what my friend said about getting an early schedule online. I got the 8AM sched. Got there around 7:45AM, lots of parking slots. Walked up to the service area, found a service advisor right away. She put it some information on her tablet and asked for my address and number and took photos of the front and back of my car. Then she said she'll pull over at the front with my car when it's done.Waiting area had a decent amount of spread out chairs, was able to sit away from other customers who were yakking without masks. In about 30minutes or so the service advisor was back. She was super nice and explained the recommendations and I was on my way home. Stress-free experience, I didn't have to argue with anyone, the staff I talked to was knowledgeable, my appointment showed up in their system without problems.

I don't like shopping for cars, but my family needed a car. I'm an active duty service member who has developed anxiety over the years. I don't like the unethical game that goes on when shopping for cars. Your car isn't worth that, etc... when obviously it is. I wish there was a program for service members who could just buy a Toyota at fair market value and get fair market trade in value without all the games. Also, who utilizes kbb as a value tool on their dealership website then doesn't honor the value that the link provides. That's dishonest advertising. The rep seemed confused when I told him the vehicle is priced over msrp for that year model even though it was a used vehicle. How do you not know msrp and invoice values of cars. They are on the Toyota website for everyone to see. Also, who charges 899 doc fee. That's insanely over priced, 300 ok. 900. That's robbery, everyone knows that now. I honestly had to get out of there so I didn't have a panic attack so I just agreed and moved on with my purchase as more than I thought I should have paid.

I had an appointment at 9:00 A.M. Mon., May 17th. I waited 3 hrs. for them to tell me what was wrong with my car. The repairs were $2600. Then they showed me a list of what repairs it needed and they were thousands of dollars. My car is a 2003 Camry. Who in their right mind would spend that kind of money on an old car? They wasted my time checking all that out, when all they had to do was what I wanted. I declined all repairs. Goodbye Toyota.
