“I bought a few 16 ft cattle fencing from them today. I wanted them delivered because I had no way of transporting them. They told me because of the size, it would be $70 for the delivery fee. Fine. Not unreasonable. Gave them my address and they scheduled the delivery. Got called a few minutes ago, saying the delivery company would not deliver because the 16 ft size was over their limit. So the manager is having one of his guys load a trailer and bring it to me. Not only that, but since they don't have to pay the delivery company now, he said he would reimburse me the delivery fee for the inconvenience. He didn't have to do that. But I totally appreciate it. Great people here. Everyone should support this company. They go way above and beyond.”

“Love me some Home Depot, but occasionally you will run across someone who says, “That isn’t my job.” We needed help with loading 10 bags of potting soil so the cashier (who was absolutely the best and very helpful) called for help. An employee with an orange Home Depot vest on that said “Garden Loader” on the back told her that he’ll help this time, but for future reference it wasn’t his job. Wasn’t his job?!? His vest literally had “Garden Loader” on the back. Am I missing something??”
