Love the store bought new house was in looking for pictures.. When I got to checkout my cashier was Sarah C and another older Spanish looking lady. So I’m putting my stuff on counter no one spoke no (HEY,HI,YOU FIND-EVERYTHING). They was too busy talking about getting off at 6, I know we all be ready to get off but tend to customers then what blew me a lady walk through the door they GREET her.. mind blowing I just grab my bags and left currently writing review in parking lot. Customers service goes a long way!

Carol gave the best customer service ever!!! She made me want to buy the product that I did buy, and she did it with a smile while helping other customers at the same time. Amazingly, she gave them the same service as she did me!! Go Carol, you rock!!!

I received excellent customer service from Greg. He assisted me with loading some tables on my truck and made sure everything was secured before I pulled off. I literally couldn't have done it without him!

Well, the TIkTok videos are true. My wife went into Hobby Lobby and found multiple items with one being higher and the other lower by several dollars, but like I explained to my wife that even though the sku numbers are the same it's new stock with either a cheaper price or old stock with a lower price. Either way, if it is brought to the associates attention, they will honor the lower price. I recently purchased a mirror that was 20-30 dollars cheaper on their website, and the store honored it. Just be careful and check prices, other than that we've always had a good experience in their stores.
