The sales lady (Alicia) was remarkably helpful and vey knowledgeable. She was patient and very kind. I came in 15 minutes before closing time and this was by far one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in years. Hats off to HIBBETT on Ledo Road! I love my ALL RED NIKES!!!

Rude customer service . The guy told us that they had no shoes in size 10 or 10-1/2 then processed to talk on his phone. Note we was there 10 mins and had to go get him.

The best customer service I have received in Albany, GA in a very long time. My husband, son & I visited this location. We needed a pair of Basketball shoes & everyday shoes for my son. He's in between sizes and wasn't really sure what he wanted. Alicia was SO attentive and SO patient with us. She's an asset to not only Hibbett but to Albany, GA as well. We were so grateful for her kindness and assistance.

Horrible customer service. Business don’t thrive in Albany because y’all hire people that don’t give a damn about their jobs. Could have easily bought several pairs of shoes if your employee gave a damn.

I'm big on customer service. The cashier didn't greet us or ask if we found everything we needed. The manager was also present, but didn't say anything either. I'll probably look to shop at another location.
