Very professional. Installed LED Underglow Lights that no one wanted to install because it’s a BMW. No Issues. Hideaway remote and features. Clean. Return again customer.

They installed my subs in a way that could have led to my death. They plugged them into the AIRBAG fuse! Thankfully a local car body shop, Master Body Works, caught it because my airbags WOULD NOT have deployed if I had gotten into a serious accident. Please do not let these folks near your car and, if you already have, check what fuse your speakers are plugged into!

Brandon (owner) came in on a day off to swap the tires on my Tesla because nobody else in the area were qualified enough or lacked the special equipment to do so. I would have been stuck in Albany over the weekend if it weren’t for him and his friend that owns SRT Towing. Both great guys that I can’t recommend enough!

They do a damn good job. Reasonable pricing. The owner Brandon is very knowledgeable. The other employees are also. I had a issue with one of my speakers not working and someone came out and explained everything to me. They end up getting my system running with a different speaker. I wish i could give 10 stars!!!!

I went to this establishment and had my system installed and was provided a year's warranty. Within a weeks time of the install the Amp started frying. I took my car back four times on different occasions to be corrected and the amp continued to malfunction! Initially I was pleased with the services but after the malfunctioning started occuring and persisted without resolve.......I have to unfortunately give this company 1 star! The problem is now solved but I would not recommend this business. Although different strokes for different folk, it just wasn't a good experience for me sorry!
