I was so frantic leaving Cairo with the red battery icon on the whole time. I was dreading the worst , but Corey met me at the desk and got me right in. He and Jordan checked everything out. I think that while cleaning the interior of the car, I must have turned on one of the interior lights near the rear view mirror and it drained the battery. Corey mentioned that possibility. He found the light that was still on, and I was on my way. Jordan and Corey could not have been more professional and personable.

I've gotten a full set of tires from here and have done a few rotation and balance appointments so far with this set of tires. Quick in and out. Great customer service and help.

Could not get any one on the phone. I called multiple times only to be hung up on. So I could only imagine how bad there customer service actually is. For such a commercial name like Goodyear I expected better. 7.11.23

We had our truck aligned, great customer service. They gave advice and answered our questions. We was able to do some things in town and it was ready for pick up before going home. They also offered military discount, which is always a plus. Thank you for recognizing our hero’s!!! Be blessed.

I'm in love with this place. Got my oil changed, bought a couple new tires. These guys did not try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary stuff. I plan to go to this place exclusively when I'm back home in Albany.

Long time loyal customer because of the great service and knowledgeable staff,. They always do a thorough check of the vehicle to make sure it is road safe with engine, batteries, brakes, tires and wiper blades.

I've been using Goodyear on broad for many years and any time I've needed work done like yesterday they took care of me and I have a great relationship with everyone that works there. I am extremely picky and hard to satisfy when it comes to working on my vehicles. But these guys shoot it to me straight on what I need and get me taken care of every time no issues. I wanna thank everyone at Goodyear on broad in the past and present for taken care of my wife's vehicle and all mine and look forward to continuing business with these guys.
