Family Dollar just lost a customer, if a store has a sign up that says, " Buy 1 get 1 free " then that's exactly what should happen and the displayed sale must be honored by said store. I will not be told that the only way this will be honored is if I buy 2 in order to get my free one. That is dishonest.

We recently moved to this area of Albany. Was very excited to see a "dollar" store this close. I've been in this store 4 times in the past 2 days. EVERYONE was nice, said hello as as we came in, told us to have a nice day and come back soon, the store is very clean. Very pleased!!

Would not open the door and both workers ignored five customers standing outside. If they will not honor hours of operation perhaps we should have different managers or a store that does not lie about hours of operation.

The credit card machine has been not working correctly for over a month now. Going to quit going to this store. Hate it course it's my neighborhood store.
