The Employees had attitudes and very rude, then mostly every Family Dollars I go to never wants to give cash back! That’s why I shop at Dollar General, the employees are much nicer. Customer service sucks at this location, also the one on Radium Springs. I am very disappointed and wasn’t expecting that from this store on S. Slappy! I will not be returning

Poorest service ever! I was just there to buy a few items - the line was long so I (foolishly) assumed the man with the dark blue Family Dollar shirt was going to open a new register and help the next person in line. Not at all some women came in the store asking about loading a card with cash. He took them and made everyone else wait in line; except for me...I left everything I was going to purchase right there and went to Dollar General. I will not be back.

The manager of the store on South Slappey has no customer service skills. He does not greet customers, The store is not opened on time, and when he is on the register he does not even say thank you.

Family Dollar always have awesome product in the store and the prices are great too. I find myself in there 2 to 3 times a week. To all the stores keep up the good work.
