Dr. Freeland and his staff are amazing! They genuinely care about your pets and are very good at making sure you have every thing you need to know in order to be a successful pet parent. Dr. Freeland always sends me feedback when something is going on with my pet and always provides me with educational materials.

Dr. Freeland is a dog whisperer, my "ladies only" Lab mix responds to his gentleness and does not even whine when blood is drawn. He takes the time to explain procedures and keeps up on research and medicines. I appreciate their teamwork and help with my senior dog, Thank you

We scheduled an appointment today, and when we arrived the place stunk to high heaven, they said because it was feral cat day, whatever that means?So because I'm under age I had to have an adult with me, my grandmother was the adult with me. She had to step outside because it stunk so bad. The lady at the desk told me to reschedule, since it was feral cat day and because my grandmother had to get a breath of fresh air. So then my grandma tried to go back in and speak with them and they locked us out and didnt answer her but another lady walked right in.

My 6 month old puppy was very sick, vomiting, lethargic, bloody stool. We Called them through the emergency line and after 3 times of being put on hold they told me that they couldn’t take him because he’s never been there before and he’s a non existing customer. 3 hours later my puppy passed away and they could have prevented this! When I asked if they knew anything else I could do or other vets I could take them to they said they couldn’t help me. I do NOT recommend taking your pets there. This is the most PATHETIC vet I’ve ever dealt with.

I called to make an appointment for my cat just now and was basically told to take my business else where because they were to busy. I don't recommend people like that to deal with your fur babies.
