Sorry disrespectful cashiers and the managers are jus as bad they need a white manger that shows concerns and does not cuss out customers..... manger and employees need to be replaced ASAP??? really bad experiences every time I visit that location horrible

Do not shop here the employees are very rude..The manager on Sunday June 25,2023 refused to do a return on a fan I bought from DG ,I had my receipt and all,the fan came broken in the box and she raised her voice saying idk why y'all do this ,go to another Dollar General,I don't want to do any returns today.i live close but I will go to another Dollar general or just stick with Family Dollar.

I went to this Dollar general on Sunday to return a box fan that was tore up when I got it out of the box,the manager on duty got extremely upset with me because I needed to return it,I had my receipt and all,she raised her voice at me saying idk why y'all have to return stuff,go to another Dollar general and return it,she refused to do a return for my fan. I live by this DG but I refuse to return there ever again.

Word of advice Don’t shop hereRude employees!No customer service skills at all.Two lazy overweight women Cussing and arguing with customers like they are at home.Dollar General needs to train their employees better.

Me and my boyfriend had the worst experience at this dollar general at 1515 radium springs rd albany ga. The night time manager was so rude and she humiliated us so bad. We had been in there for a little looking for some cream for his dry skin so we asked the manager said oh it's up front and I said ok where nothing else was said so I walked away. We found what we was looking for "not up front" and so we continued looking at other stuff we wanted. I bent down looking at some shirts on the bottom shelf and my boyfriend dropped his flashlight so I picked it up for him. We don't have a car that's why he had our flashlight because we walked there. The manager came up too us and started yelling saying get out now or I'll call the cops. We said why she said I seen y'all I watched y'all in the camera. I said watched us do what bend down and look at some shirts and I picked up my boyfriend's flashlight he dropped she said I seen y'all. She wasn't able to tell us what we did. I showed her my pockets and so did my boyfriend she said she didn't care and to get out or she calling the cops. If she seen us take something why didn't she call the cops anyway. Something needs to be done about her and her attitude with customers. The other co-worker was very nice but that night manager is the worst an I have been a manager and I was also the 3rd key holder at the dollar general on 19 in Lee Co. I know how a manager is supposed to conduct him or herself.

The employees are very rude and racists had an African American in line in front of me and she was treated with respect like every person should, when it was my turn to checkout the African American employee ignored me for 5 minutes and I was in line already but she just walked off like I wasn’t even there, I was polite and asked multiple times if she could check me out but she just ignored me, yes I am a White male which in my opinion I am a minority!

I worked here for 1 month before I walked out and quit. The manager is very rude and disrespectful she gave the nerve to cuss at me while on my shift. She sale the Lysol spray to whom she want to have it. The 2nd week of me working there she said that my draw was 10.00 short. I have her the 10$ and she didn’t tell the other manager I gave it to her. She also didn’t do nothing but walk around on her phone when I had a line full of customers. She also excepted me to watch people coming in there stealing and be the cashier. The place is to much for me. I will never every spend another penny in this store. I pray that God help her be the way her name is Pam...
