So the thing is I worked for Verizon less than a month ago before resigning I say that to say, I was lied to. Verizon business account I went in to add a line after I already priced my new monthly payment & todays payment through my business Verizon app. I have a good standing account for over a year now. The lady came out with a device that was already open told me I would have to pay sales tax and automatic set up and go fee that it was not an option not to. I know how to set up my own device I worked for the cellular company 1 & 2 don’t bring an device out that’s already open and say I HAVE to pay set up and go fee bec NO I DONT! I felt like she said anything to me bec I know for sure I didn’t have a balance to pay i actually left and proceeded with my order at the corporate location in the area. Felt as if I was discriminated against I could be wrong but either way she tried to play me

1st let me jump with joy this location had the Samsung S21 Ultra that was sold-out EVERYwhere else...??! 2ndly I got 1 of the 2 they had. Dustin helped me get activated and going. He was very helpful, patient, answered every question and made transferring my info a breeze, thanks Dustin ?. Note: I've past this location on numerous occasions but never visited. Authorized retailer.....what exactly does that mean?....? It means the place you overlooked that had your phone that was sold out online...that what it means. Russell Cellular.....Authorized retailer thank you for everything you did...?

Dustin was fantastic to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint is the extra fees charged in addition to the activation fees. There's nothing Dustin can do about it, but the Russell cellular corporate office needs to readjust their fee strategy
