“I always try to stop at this location when in Albany. They usually are well stocked with friendly staff. Parking is ok, usually filled with a bunch of high school kids, but they normally don’t bother anyone. Decent prices but the coupons don’t cover all brands and I wish you could bank your Kohl’s cash or apply to your credit card.”

“The customer service was great. The store ws very clean and organized. The store was a little disorganized. But again there customer service was great and that is very important to me.”
“My daughter tried on some clothes in the dressing room today 02-26-25.
She decided on a pair of pants but went back to find a different size shirt to try on. While she was looking back at the rack in the store she realized that she left her airpods in the dressing room. She rushed back to the dressing room and the shirts that did not fit her well were gone. But whoever got them out of the dressing room left her airpods in the dressing room.
My daughter was very relieved that they were left in there for her.
I told her she was lucky that there was an honest person working the dressing rooms and did not stick her air pods in their on pocket.

“SHOUTOUT to miss Sophelia she is Amazing took her time to make sure I found everything I needed for my special event and not only did she have patience with me but she happy took care of me with a smile on her face the entire time. Very welcoming she is keeping this store alive and customers coming in SHE DESERVES A RAISE FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. DONT loose her JCPenny ! I lost my receipt because I’m under construction/remodeling I just found them and tried to do the survey but the access code expired.”
“I’ve been really happy with my recent shopping experiences at Burlington. The prices are great, and I can usually find exactly what I need without spending a lot.
I’ve found glass meal prep containers for really cheap, and I love that they carry a lot of fun items too — especially Hello Kitty stuff at great prices.
The only downside was one small issue: I found a pack of condiment meal prep containers priced at $6 that was supposed to include three containers, but one was missing. The store only discounted it 20%, which didn’t really feel fair since each container would’ve been about $2 each. I understand stores have policies, but it would be nice if the discount better reflected what was actually missing.
Overall though, I’m still very happy with my experience and will definitely continue shopping here.”
“I visit Ross once or twice a week and enjoy finding great deals for quality items.
Tiffany is great cashier she always has a smile on her face! She greets with a smile when you walk in the store and when you leave. She is friendly and approachable! Keep shining Tiffany! You aree doing an awesome job. Customer service is very hard to find.”

Well lighted and comfortable.
We were approached by several individuals trying to pan handle money from us inside the store.
Security needs to eliminate this issue.
We did leave the store after without purchasing anything.
Little uncomfortable being approached by money panhandling.”
“Wonderful place to shop but can get a little crowded after 4-5pm. They don't have as much as the larger Walmart on Ledo Road, but that can be a good thing when you're in a hurry to get in and out faster.”
“I visited TSC in Albany GA and purchased some dog food, bird food, and a few misc items. I was checked out at the register by Kiara. I just want to let you know it was a pleasure being waited on by Kiara.
She did not just ring us up and process my payment. She talked with us politely and was
genuinely happy to wait on us.
It was refreshing to be waited on at a business by someone that wasn't just going through the motions of ringing up a sale.
She really cares about her job and appreciates her customers. I wish more people in retail were more like Kiara.
It was a pleasure doing business with her at TSC and hope that the next time I visit your store that I am waited on by her.

“Conveniently located in a residential area on the east side of Albany. You can purchase all of life's basic necessities here: Non-perishables and perishables such as milk, eggs, sausage/bacon, bread. Drinks, clothes, shoes, bedding, health and beauty, cleaning supplies, OTC medicines, school/office supplies and much more. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. This store has been heaven sent to our community.”
“My cousin and I did some New Year's Eve shopping. Somewhat disappointed off the clearance deals . However, we managed to purchase sweatshirts for $5.00. Helpful employees. Definitely recommend as it wasn't busy probably because everybody was heading out to go celebrate the new year Eve. The bathrooms we're not very tidy.”
