My recent experience at Davis Automotive & Transport was very satisfying and pleasant. Eric (the Owner) displayed a great amount of professionalism and he had an excellent attitude during the entire time that we engaged in communication, which invites Trust. And so, I would highly recommend Davis Automotive & Transport to anyone who was experiencing automotive problems. Eric also has the uncanny ability to properly render Diesel Automotive Services. Eric is just one of the rare top-notch versatile automotive mechanics that most customers have a hard time finding. Also, Eric is honest, trustworthy, prompt, and his prices are fair and reasonable—considering the outstanding automotive service that he provides to his customers. Yesterday, I took my 2014 Toyota Avalon to be serviced by Davis Automotive & Transport. As I was explaining and communicating to Eric the automotive problems that my vehicle was experiencing, I realized quickly that he was very attentive. After Eric patiently listened to all of my concerns, he diagnosed my vehicle. After he finished, he then showed me actual photos of the defective parts that were on my vehicle—that was the first time that any automotive mechanic had ever provided me with actual photos. I then gladly agreed to let Davis Automotive & Transport do the repair work on my vehicle. I was having serious suspension repairs done—that I was very hesitant to take to any of the other auto repair shops in Albany, and towns close by. Davis Automotive & Transport repaired my vehicle within a few hours and the service that was provided was of the highest quality. I was there a week ago to have my air conditioning fixed because the compressor went out nobody could get that compressor but him he found it and installed it I was in and out within a few hours was it no all day deal thanks Eric
