I brought my Tiffin for a coolant leak...fluid was shooting everywhere...the tech found a hole in the rubber hose. The leak was caused by a pipe rubbing on the hose due to a broken weld on the support bracket for the pipe. Even though the tech was very nice..they failed to fix the cause of the leak by repairing the weld or replacing the bracket instead they just cut off the end of the hose and reattached it. At least a new hose would have been better. The repair lasted about 2 hours a blew again. I wound up fixing it myself in the auto parts parking lot. They were very accommodating but not a good repair job.

Have a Onan 4000 on board generator on my RV and was not working properly. Spent a week or so trying to diagnose myself and even had another shop look at it....they thought they fixed it, but nope. Took it to the guys here and they were great. Manager worked with me on the price and their mechanics have a ton of experience. They could tell what the issue was just by listening to it. Fixed it first shot and got me on my way. Not the cheapest around, but fair and you get what you pay for. Thanks!

We started out on a 3 week trip and 2 days in to it our generator stopped working. It was an Onan 4000 just purchased and installed in March 2021. Because of it being new we did not think it was necessary to bring our portable one. It’s difficult to find a service department that can schedule you in in less than 2 weeks and we had a schedule we had to stick to. I knew we were having to be in Albany Georgia, so I called ahead expecting to get the same answer but figured I’d try anyway. Tom, the service manager, said to bring it in Monday when we got to Albany but couldn’t promise there would be time to fix it since we were only here a few days. Paul could probably diagnose an issue by sound and fix it with his eyes shut and Weston is just as knowledgeable. Weston showed us the issue, a bad spark plug, but it had to be ordered and wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday morning. He asked if we were spending the night here. I said somewhere in Albany. He told me we could stay at the service center! They had full electrical hook ups and water available so we could be comfortable. No one provides service like that! Tuesday morning we were back on the road by 11. This place is a rare find when it comes to service, professionalism, knowledge and hospitality. We live in Florida, about 5 1/2 hours away, but we would gladly make the trip to come to these guys. Also, we are still under warranty so Paul is filing all necessary paperwork to Cummins for us. We can’t say enough about how great these guys are!

Excellent service i had my rv at campers inn for 2 weeks and they couldn't figure out what the problem was with my generator.i took my rv to Cummins Sales and Services it took service tech about 1 hour .He had it running like new.Very professional services.

In less than two hours, replaced a broken coolant fitting on the DEF injector. Jumped through hoops for me to get the Power Club discount for me when previous service center had not entered it into the computer. I stayed Sat & Sun on their front lawn with my RV connected to one of two 50 amp outlets they have out there, waiting for them to open on a Monday. All their staff were friendly, customer oriented.
