I had an insurance claim and had them paint some bumpers for me $800 and they said they would do the job I ordered the parts they knew I ordered them. And the day I go drop my truck off they tell me they are going to do it anymore because they can’t make any money off the parts. So now I have to find someone that will do the work because they already painted the bumpers. On top of that I was personally gonna have them change my rear bumper and pay out of pocket. And when I paid them for the bumpers they didn’t even have the audacity to offer me my change! This is the business in America that don’t need to be supported wish ya well that was the first and last time I’ll ever do business with them! All they wanted was the business to paint the bumpers!

A tree fell and hit my house and also my car. My husband went and checked on other body shops in Albany and they were booked up. My uncle told me about Charlie's Paint and Body and we went by there and that was the best decision I could have made. They didn't rush and made sure everything was tip top. Their work is awesome.

The company did a job on my Saturn and now I'm putting my other car in the shop to have a bumper replaced love their work they do good work on cars I also recommended my sister to them when her car was involved in a car accident they did such good work you never knew the car was involved in the accident
