My husband and I have gone to 2 other furniture stores in the area and we didn't have the greatest experience. The furniture never held up and I didn't feel like I had anyone who actually cared. I have a family member who recommended Brooks to us. Let me tell you, it's like having your own personal al shoppers who work with you to find the perfect piece that works for you. I had to exchange 3 recliners and a bed, and if they wanted to choke me out, it was never displayed to me. They will hunt for what I'm looking for to make it happen. I won't shop anywhere else. We hope to move in a year or 2, but believe, I'll be at Brooks furnishing my house!

This is a very large store.Very nice selection.Very nice furniture that is well made.If you are in need of home goods then this is the place to shop.From lamps to floor clocks, living room to den, kitchen to whatever. This place has it.Very nice employees and offers financial assistance if needed..Highly recommend.5 ?

My mom got a bad deal on a set of kitchen chairs. My mother paid her bill and paid it on time, even through bankruptcy. Brooks Furniture, you could have tried to meet her halfway.

Brooks Furniture billed me twice in one month. Was told the payment was refunded. After 6 days no refund. Brooks suggested I contact my bank, because of their mistake. I did. Bank has no record of refund. I am on a fixed income and their mistake has costed me NSF fees. But I better not miss a payment to them. PRIVILEGE
