I've had the pleasure of being both an employee and a loyal shopper at Bealls, and I can confidently say it's a top-notch retail experience. Despite no longer working there, I still love to shop at Bealls because of the consistently clean and organized store layout. The employees are always friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. Additionally, Bealls offers fantastic employee benefits, which I can personally attest to, and they truly invest in their staff's well-being. On a personal note, my daughter even won a scholarship through Bealls, highlighting their commitment to supporting their community. Beyond the exceptional service and employee care, Bealls offers fantastic prices, making it a go-to destination for all my shopping needs. Overall, Bealls deserves every bit of its five-star rating for providing an outstanding retail experience.

Came in early around close to 10am, I Was not greeted only customer at the time. Two employees just walked pass nothing. One just walk to register and waited and watched a little for me to check out. I don't like feeling like I'm being rushed to shop. I'm late 30s black nice person, but when two other customers came in white the employee did the full greeting with a smile then looked right at me. Nothing about the products in the store they are good it's just the employees that make your experience awful. Young black females of course. Not all of them are like that but it makes the majority look bad

Great prices. Really cute home decor. Clothing isn't all that great. Sometimes you luck up and find a really good deal on high end brands but you gotta dig through everything. Accessories are cute and priced great ! Love their rings & necklaces.
