I went in an they warrantied out my battery in less then five mins probably. If you want a great deal an warranty for just about any battery that I could think of this is the place to go. If you have ever had to buy a battery ether from AAA or AA to a truck battery they are extremely expensive but this place has great prices an warranty’s.

I went in awhile back and they didn't carry what I was looking for but showed me where I could order it online. Today when I needed a new battery for my car's key fob I stopped by and in about 5 minutes I walked out with a new battery installed and ready to go. I definitely recommend them! Their customer service is top notch!

I bought a $10k Evolution 4-seater golf cart from Battery Source of Albany. It’s the on road version, so no lift-kit, no off-rode wheels. Mine’s low profile with the lithium battery and all the bells and whistles. Blue tooth with approx screen size of 8 to 10 inches. Two 5-1/2 inch speakers and lots of cup holders. We bought it to cruise the neighborhood, and it’s awesome for that! It worked perfectly for 2 weeks, then we loaded it on the trailer and took it cross town to visit family for the 4th of July. It worked fine at first, then the whole electrical system started turning off when the brake was pressed down. So, we learned to drive with no brakes very well for a couple days. My wife called Battery Source of Albany and they asks us to bring it in. By that afternoon, I was picking up my perfectly working Golf Cart. Awesome customer service and people that stand behind their warranty. If you want a nice, slick lookin’ Golf Carts with great customer service then definitely give Battery Source of Albany a try!

After shopping around, Battery Source was a little bit higher priced than their local competitors ($45 vs $38 for the battery I picked up, also with a couple others I got quotes for). However, their knowledge base and patience to answer all my questions make them the "go-to" place for batteries.
