Very disappointed called to get my hair done and I guess the owner who I talk to told me she will call me back and try to see if she can get a girl to do my hair. She called back 5 minutes later and said she is still trying to get in contact with the girl and that she will call me back. Waited a hour for them to call. So we called four times no answer,so we left and found another place the got me in and out.

@Amber Armanii. .first of all, if you're reviewing a business, tell the absolute truth! We did welcome you when you walked in, I spoke with you privately about your appointment issue, but you insisted you'd stay because you came from far away. We were glad to have you. In fact, I kept asking you all day if you were ok, offered you and your mom water, which was the best I could offer. I do invest in the kids' daycare 5 days a week, except for weekends because I haven't found a sitter yet. As to the condition of the shop, it is being worked on since it's an old shop and renovation is a WIP. You stayed to get your hair done on your own decision, we never forced you. Yes, your finished at 2am because it was started after 9pm. We never complained about servicing our clients, but we're humans even though some think we should never get tired. No matter what job one does, it gets tiring at some point. We're sorry you feel this way, but at the end you really loved your hair. Everyone, we're here to please you, and make sure you're satisfied with your service. If unsatisfied, we're more than pleased to work with all of our clients to meet your expectations. Thank you!

I would never go to this dump again. I made an appointment at 2, and the lady told me her sister didn't tell her about my appointment, so I had to wait to get my hair done on my birthday. I was in the shop on time, but got my hair started on around 7:30. She finished around 2:30 in the morning. When you own a business, the workers need to be on the same page. They were very slow, and took too many breaks to eat and run behind kids. The kids were running around the shop making the atmosphere uncomfortable. They didn't have any home training, and they were screaming loud. She didn't try to make them behave. The kids were climbing on chairs and on the customers, but they got the nerve to put a sign up telling people to control their kids. My hair was too tight, and I asked her several times to tone it down a notch. She told me over the phone my hair was 190, got finished and it was 220. All they did was complain about how tired they were, and that they were not going to kill themselves over doing hair. You are in the wrong business if you are going to complain that much. Nobody asked you to open a shop to do hair. The high prices you charge, you shouldn't be saying anything about being tired. You should never let a customer hear you complain, because it makes them feel like it's their fault. The shop was in horrible condition. The walls were different colors, the pictures were from another shop and the chairs were falling apart. They didn't offer any discount for the mix up on my appointment for my birthday. They don't speak when you walk in the door, and didn't appear to be friendly. These people are ghetto and unprofessional, and will NEVER get my business again. Find a babysitter for your kids, and put some of that money you are making into a better high quality shop.
