I see why this place is going out of business. Absolutely horrible customer service. I got sent home without a plug for my electric reclining couch. After calling 5 times someone finally told me they had the plugs. Drove 40 minutes to get them to be told they do not have the plugs and there is nothing they can do about it. 0/10 do not recommend

This is a great furniture store! The manager and employees were so friendly and helpful. Even their delivery employees were courteous and treated our furniture with care. Everyone treated us as family! I would give them ten stars if I could.

Miss Kayla and Sharon always got best customer service from them now the black lady who works there ?s why I did not have a deposit ect that's not her place to ?and ask me this I have been a customer for over 20 yrs then this Mr Brad please get a grip on ur employees and tell them my business is not for them to question when I purchase something things were so much better with Kayla Sharon and the new Mgr now but the black lady questions is rude and uncalled for she almost made ur store loose a sale from my family

The staff was amazing as soon as we walked in we felt welcome. Everyone was so kind at this location we was in and out in no time all at the same time getting exactly what we need it and ask for they didn’t pressure us they based their recommendations of our needs, and it worked out perfectly would recommend this store to anyone that’s looking for a great service and not only that great and excellent quality of furniture and spontaneous hospitality so yeah it’s a 1000% for me The young lady that help me goes by the name Kayla she’s awesome.
