It’s not a them issue - it’s a fault in the manufacturing that makes them break easily. They really are the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with! “Got a chip in my windshield. Presslie at State Farm recommended Albany Auto Glass. Top notch company and employees from start to finish. Judy in the office very helpful in getting me the right windshield and explaining the replacement process. She worked hard at keeping me informed during the whole process. Hardy and Jake arrived at my house right on time. Got to work immediately. Very courteous and knowledgeable. In no time I had a brand new OEM windshield installed. They even saved my oil reminder sticker from my old windshield. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing auto glass work. Thanks guys.”
“Truck driver working in the area. Had a hydropac leak called these guys and they very friendly professional people. Rolled in got right on my truck fixed the problem and on down the road I went. Very fair on price of services. It’s hard to find good service these days but these people are excellent. Even cleaned up the leaky mess I made on my truck with a pressure washer when repairs was done.”
