It can be a little confusing, butBut the Customer Service (the cashiers) really Great and helpful. Not so much when it comes to the Male manager, he always makes you feel like your annoying him.

One of the best and prettiest Aldis I've been in. Honestly wasn't a huge fan when I live in Western NY. But the new one here in Albany, GA is really nice. Great prices and selections definitely a fan.

Horrible customer service, items do not ring up right and they get mad when you point it out or ask for a price check. Also they throw your groceries in the cart not caring if they break stuff. The prices are not worth the hassle.

Cashier placed her pinky on the scale while taking weight and I caught her in act, when I confronted her, she denied, I asked her to weigh again, she had to refund me $1 from single item, watch the cashiers if you are buying weighted items! What puzzles me is that store makes that extra money, cashier can't get it, so that means either management is corrupt, or she was racist and just hated me. Aldi has always been my favorite, but I am not coming back to this store. Also store is very disorganized. Worst Aldi ever. I think management is the problem.

I’ve been an Aldi shopper since the mid 70s growing up in Chicago. It’s wonderful Aldi is now open in Albany Ga. The store seems spotless well lighted , friendly courteous cashier. I love the fresh fruit, veggies plus other organic options. Aldi has came a long ways since the 70s ! The prices are lower than Walmart & Piggly Wiggly. Oh. ! Make sure you have a solid quarter B4 visiting ?

My first time to this location, which is a new build. Aldi can vary from location to location, state to state. That is why I gave it 4 out of 5. The Aldis that i frequented in New York had a fresh bakery ,Bavarian pretzels are killer, and a fesh cut deli section. This location in Albany GA had neither.

Very interesting store, found most of what I needed and found lots of things to try out when I have more time. Have enjoyed the items I did purchase. If you're new to Aldi( as I was)be prepared to bag your own items using your own bags. Staff was very helpful .

I can't buy everything I need here. But they have good product. And the meat selection is very good. I can get milk and eggs. Some frozen food. The store is very clean. And everyone is friendly. Make sure to bring bags and 25cents for the cart.

I'm very surprised by this location. It is such a good addition to the Albany/Leesburg area! The staff is friendly. It's really clean and organized. The produce lasts longer compared to Walmart. You can't expect much out of stores in Albany, but this location exceeds expectations! The parking lot is big. There are a lot of shopping carts for everyone. No complaints about the store itself. I will say, there's one manager that I've noticed who treats the staff like straight-up crap. She's rude and has such a mean demeanor to her. Even when she was checking out my items, she was extremely rude. She needs to work on her customer service and needs to start treating her staff nicer.
