My experience was scary at first, but my Sales Associate,Jordan made it a wonderful experience. I wanted the BMWX7,but this was not the best option. He delivered an option to me, and it made sense. Regardless. I love my Mercedes and my associates too. . I never thought I would like the Mercedes,but i do. All of the people I met with were nice friendly and apoeared to be genuine. I really loved the atmosphere at this Dealership???❤️

Absolutely horrific customer service. Do not buy a vehicle from these guys.I recently purchased (4/27/2024) a certified Mercedes GLE 450 from this dealership, and my experience has been nothing short of disheartening. Not only did they fail to provide essential services promised during the sale, but their overall treatment and lack of responsiveness have been subpar.Firstly, at the time of purchase, I was assured that a spare key, a new set of windshield wipers and a trunk mat would be provided to me (the latter was part of the business negotiation). However, to my astonishment, these items have still not been sent to me, even though I was told that I ought to get them within 30 days from the day of purchase.The absence of these essentials not only reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction but also poses a safety concern given the importance of clear visibility through proper windshield wipers.Secondly, one of the main reasons I chose to purchase from a certified Mercedes dealership was the assurance of a thoroughly detailed interior. Unfortunately, upon pick up, I discovered that the interior of the Mercedes GLE 450 was far from being detailed ( and the sales rep, Jordan witnessed the lack of cleanliness). The neglect in cleaning the interior shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for maintaining the high standards expected from Mercedes.Furthermore, I have attempted to address these issues with Albany Motor Cars multiple times by calling and leaving messages for the GM but no response. I've been met with indifference, unresponsiveness, and delays in resolving the problems I encountered during the purchase.I plan on taking this matter to the corporate.

Labor charges for service extremely high. Greater than $450.00/hr. Caution, read service contract before signing. I will not go back.

It’s impossible to even schedule an appointment with this dealership. I have called 4 times in the past 2 weeks to schedule my car to be serviced. They have told my each time that the service manager is unavailable and will get back with me. I have left my name and number each time and I have yet to have anyone call or email me to even attempt to schedule an appointment. Please take your vehiclesomewhere else.

I have always had great service at Albany Motorcars. until today!!!. I was first in line or first refusal for a car that came in . My salesman, Danny is excellent, so this was not his fault. I would give Danny 5 stars. I was waiting for the price on the car because the car was being certified. So, I was going today because I just got the price TODAY and the GM sold the car out from under me to a wholesale buyer. This is a really bad business practice when I was told I had first refusal.I trade cars every 2 years. My husband and I are very disappointed.

Horrible don’t waste your time & money. It took two weeks to get an appointment to diagnose my car. I dropped off my car and from day one had a hard time getting the auto mechanic on the phone. I called them day after day trying to inquire about my car not once did they call me to update me on my service. I was finally able to get in contact with the mechanic on Monday morning and of course he lied saying that he has been trying to contact me since Friday. They stated that my transmission needed to be replaced & it would cost $12k. Crazy thing is that I took it to a transmission Specalist and he said there is nothing wrong with my transmission that it was a cylinder issue. Save your time & money people. They don’t know what they are doing & they care about customer service. Just my advice.

Wish i could've done business with this location! I saw the exact car i wanted on their website and tried to get as much information as i could before taking a 3 hour drive! Danny was such a great help! He went over and above with sending pictures, videos and answered all the questions I had and didn't sound bothered to do so! Danny made it easy for me to decide that i wanted the car. I was not able to drive down until the next day. I chose not to give a deposit to hold it for me even though he made it clear it could be gone. I did get that dreaded call that it was no longer available. He did call back later to advise it was available again but i was in the midst of another deal where i did make a purchase. I recommend doing business with Albany Motorcars without a doubt!!

The WORST. We have called for 3 days in a row trying to schedule maintenance. We left messages for the service manager. No calls were ever returned. If that's the professionalism we can expect, then our business will go elsewhere.

If they had a bit of respect for my car and did not charge me left and right for no reason I would be back.But now I am forced to drive to Macon because I have no trust in the service I received. My spotless car smelled like grease for several days after they touched it. Not a good thing as that smell sticks to the leather and is hard to go away. Thank you!
