I have to admit, I really thought accompaning my Mother to resolve a complaint would be a huge mistake.
But, surprisingly, it resulted in her happiness and another vehicle of her choice, a GLE580 and a new belief in this dealership!
Beginning with working through the paperwork with the GM John Pagett was detailed, yet smooth, much like an old buddy.
The salesman, Corey was focused on listening and took special care of Mom as the buyer, exactly how she deserved, especially at the end of the day.
~Friendly, professional, extremely patient and willing to go the extra mile... is how I would describe our experience.
The next day pickup for a full detail, tank of gas and a extra surprise treat for Mom's fur baby Bentley was spot on!?

On today at Albany Motorcars I was excited getting an upgrade in SUVS ..The staff gave me excellent service.They went through all of the paperwork explaining it before I signed the paperwork. I love the extra customer service we received.They set up programs on the car and made sure I understood.I am very pleased!Thank you Albany Motorcars.

Everyone was nice at the dealership. Unfortunately, I didn’t get what I initially came in for and no one understands why. My vehicle is still under mileage and age for me to get an extended manufacturer warranty, but the computer only offered me an aftermarket which I purchased . My name is Alfonza Lewis.

This is the worst Mercedes service department I’ve ever been in. Took my car in for engine light and skipping. They told me my fuel pressure was low and I needed a fuel pump. First they said it was $900 then they called me back and said it was going to be $1500.00 because they left out some parts. Michelle I guess she’s the sales manager said she could takeoff about $200.00, so $1300.00. After they put on the fuel pump I get a text saying the car is still skipping and I was aware but I said don’t go any further. They took a personal conversation between me and another mechanic “not the one working on my car “ and said per our conversation. Then I get a threatening text from Michelle saying, pay my bill by Monday or they’ll start changing me $75 a day storage fee. They also had my friend mom’s car in there at the same time and tried to tell her she was over the mileage on her warranty. She was about 30,000 miles from her warranty. They said the mechanic wrote down the wrong mileage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

These folks have a wonderful product, but they badly need to learn some manners and how to merge their interests with their customers needs. Their tactics when trying to sell additional warranties are disgusting - they didn't or wouldn't even disclose the prices of the various options available-only how much this or that would add to the car financing payments. If the closer was my employee, he would have worked his last day

My experience was scary at first, but my Sales Associate,Jordan made it a wonderful experience. I wanted the BMWX7,but this was not the best option. He delivered an option to me, and it made sense. Regardless. I love my Mercedes and my associates too. . I never thought I would like the Mercedes,but i do. All of the people I met with were nice friendly and apoeared to be genuine. I really loved the atmosphere at this Dealership???❤️

Absolutely horrific customer service. Do not buy a vehicle from these guys.I recently purchased (4/27/2024) a certified Mercedes GLE 450 from this dealership, and my experience has been nothing short of disheartening. Not only did they fail to provide essential services promised during the sale, but their overall treatment and lack of responsiveness have been subpar.Firstly, at the time of purchase, I was assured that a spare key, a new set of windshield wipers and a trunk mat would be provided to me (the latter was part of the business negotiation). However, to my astonishment, these items have still not been sent to me, even though I was told that I ought to get them within 30 days from the day of purchase.The absence of these essentials not only reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction but also poses a safety concern given the importance of clear visibility through proper windshield wipers.Secondly, one of the main reasons I chose to purchase from a certified Mercedes dealership was the assurance of a thoroughly detailed interior. Unfortunately, upon pick up, I discovered that the interior of the Mercedes GLE 450 was far from being detailed ( and the sales rep, Jordan witnessed the lack of cleanliness). The neglect in cleaning the interior shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for maintaining the high standards expected from Mercedes.Furthermore, I have attempted to address these issues with Albany Motor Cars multiple times by calling and leaving messages for the GM but no response. I've been met with indifference, unresponsiveness, and delays in resolving the problems I encountered during the purchase.I plan on taking this matter to the corporate.
