Had a cut, flat tire on my rollback. I run a towing company in Dville, Miles Auto Sales. A1 had a tire in stock and repaired my tire within 35 minutes. Back on the road. Excellent fair towing fees and supplies.

Have used in the past to take my vehicle to dealerships when in need of repair. No problems there. Professional. Car was moved professionally without any marks or dents. Boyfriend called to have car removed after breaking down on side of road-was told several times "the driver was on the way, they should be there by now or will be there in 30 minutes". Well, well, well, approximately 1130 am to 343 pm and still nobody has arrived. Oh, and let us not forget all of the accidents they said they had to go to that happened after his phone call was made that hey said they had to take care of first. The driver called a little after three. Said he would be there in 2 minutes. Two minutes turned into 30 and is ongoing. It is now 345 and 4 hours later still NO A-1 Wrecker. The drivers number was provided so we could make contact. Well the driver of the tow truck is not answering. Let's just say, have a back up tow company in place because this is pure ridiculousness at its finest!!! Please give the other towing companies a chance!!!! You just may find yourselves much happier and waiting for a much less length of time.

Ball joint blew out n went into a ditch along the highway. 4 other tow companies said they couldn't pull it out, never even tried. A-1 was able to do it no problem. Got it done quick n for a good price.
