Walk in clinic refused to see a child 11yo with a 103.7 fever at 7:15PM even though they didn’t close till 8. Even called in advance and was told “well we can’t test them because we close at 8, sit them in front of a fan with no clothes on and rotate Tylenol and Motrin.” This place should be ashamed of themselves, and she (the nurse on the phone) told me even though we were in the parking lot that she spoke with her provider and that’s what their instructions were for us to do. Ended up at the ER after leaving here and we’re now having scans, swabs, and a CT done. Shame on you Southwell.

I absolutely love this place. I had a colonoscopy and had the best experience. Will always use this facility. Everyone was super nice and professional!

My insurance is 0 deductable and 0 copay i had a hip replacement and Southwell charged me over$250.00 i called them several times my insurance said everything was paid in full i asked what it was for they said they give me 1 gabapention and 1 tylenol and looked at me to see if i needed therapy and that was the charge i told them that that wasnt right but they charged anyway i will never use southwell again thank you

I had an outpatient surgery on my foot and could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the anesthesiologist were attentive and engaging with me. I never felt like they were rushed and couldn’t take the needed time with me. I would not hesitate to use the facility again.

This facility is the very best there is. The doctors, nurses, staff, and the Pink ladies spoke to me. . It was like feeling at home among friends. They were so courteous and kind. Everyone was. This place is a true Gem.

Don't understand why this hospital does not have emergency services! Had an emergency situation with my husband recently and to go to another hospital for care!! What hospital does not have emergency services available????

Wonderful facility, nurses, techs, everybody professional and friendly. Hayden Mainor did my pre op work on Wednesday. Tiffany Worthy and Kala Stone got me ready for surgery. Dr. Rachel Horn did my knee block and Jason Geddings did my spinal and was with me during surgery. Chelsea McDonald was my Circulating nurse, Angie Wood and Scarlett Harper were my scrubs. Darbi Hilliard was my PACU nurse. Angie Crumbly and Scarlett Harper were my post op nurses. I could not have asked for better care. I definitely recommend this facility and will come again.

Southwell in Adel was hands down the best medical treatment I have ever received. Everyone was extremely thorough and caring from the time I stepped inside to the time they rolled me out the door to my care. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for consistent care.
