These people are very honest and fair. We were traveling from out of state and picked up a bolt in our tire. Had to put the donut spare on the car and limp to the nearest tire shop. The owner at Fausett’s offered to sell us a tire at a very fair discounted rate, but his associate did his due diligence and checked our compromised tire to find that it was not leaking after removing the bolt. They went the extra mile for us, removed the spare and put our uncompomised tire back on,,,,,no charge!
I would highly recommend this shop. If we lived closer they would have our business!

Had a broken mower in Lakeland georgia. I would not take it to the Knuckleheads down in Valdosta if you broke my leg and made me (not naming names). Luckily I found Fausetts Automotive, and they were able to come pick it up, fix it, and bring it back to me for probably the least amount of money I would have ever imagined. These guys are excellent, professional, and they will definitely be in my Rolodex should I need their services again. Thanks very much!

Best place ever ,friendly, helpful, I had a low tire pressure, they checked all the tires ,1 was 5 pds low on nitrogen, they fixed it made sure I had no leaks on it and didn't charge me anything. Unreal in this day and age .I gave a tip ,called my family in the area ,strongly recommended that they all start using falsetto services ,vehickes,mowers all small engines. You will not be sorry you went to them.

Treated like family. Top notch service. I want to thank FAUSETT'S for the wonderful service and compassion shown to me. I was having a rough morning ( mother-in-law passed away before daylight). Went to run errands and my tire light came on, pulled into the nearest tire service center and after waiting for over an hour was told it would be at least another hour or longer before they could even look at my tire. I leave and go to the dealership I purchased my truck from 2 years back, I am still making payments on this vehicle. The service manager tells me that they cannot help me, said we really don't work on tires, but yet sells tires, mounts tires,rotates and aligns tires?
I explain to him that I purchased this truck from them, have had a death in the immediate family and need the tire fixed, this man tells me its Friday, I know what day it is! And that I'm just outa luck, tells me to go to the the the tire place I just left. BUT, BUT...the technician working tells me to come back after lunch and he will fix it, because he found a screw in my tire while the service manager is telling me they can't help me. I can't wait until after lunch, the technician marks the screw and apologized for the way I'm being treated. I leave, going home and see FAUSETT'S. I go inside and tell the man behind the counter what is going on. This man immediately apologized for how other businesses did not help me, offered his condolences for the passing of my mother-in-law and explained it would be approximately 30 minutes before my tire could be fixed. That's great! I need it fixed. Offered me a seat, inside where it was cool. I was spoken to/checked on 2 different times and updated on my wait time and progress of getting the tire fixed.
My vehicle was brought back to the front door after the tire was fixed. The technician who fixed it came inside, explained what he did and he apologized for the awful morning I was having, thanked me for my business and walked me to the service counter. The owner again apologized for my experience at other businesses and for my 30 minute wait at FAUSETT'S. The service was fantastic, the employees and owners were kind and courteous. I was treated with respect, more like family than just a customer. FAUSETT'S is the place to take your vehicle for tire repair or engine/automotive work.

Would not recommend. They are prolonging the service for my car. It has been over a week and many trips to the part store spending unnecessary money. Communication is terrible and I have been nothing but stressed this entire process. They have been paid and my car still came out having the same issue. Currently waiting for someone to correct it with a whole new purchase of a part they said I needed, but they aren’t showing up nor communicating. Unprofessional!

We are on a long trek back home and a semi next to us blew a tire and wrecked our exhaust! Called so many places with no luck. This place fit us in last minute at a great price! Highly recommend them.

Matt and the team at Fausett's Automotive were a life saver this evening! We had a family medical emergency in another state and my husband and children were traveling down to meet me and found themselves stuck on the side of I75 with an overheating vehicle way far from home and anything familiar. I called and spoke to Matt and he assisted with a tow truck and mechanic services with his team during an inconvenient hour on a Sunday and got us back on the road after 2 hours of service!

This auto repair shop is amazing. We got stuck on the side of the road due to car overheating. We were ten miles from this place, it was Sunday evening, had no other option , but was so grateful for them. They sent a tow truck to get my car and my family and charged me way less than my auto insurance. The tow truck was $140 which they simply added to my repair cost. The owner, Matthew, made this process headache free. Owner had his mechanic, who is also named Matt, inspect the car and he immediately ide tidied the issue. The owner then drove to find the correct parts and brought back to mechanic. Mechanic addressed the issues in 2 hours tops and I was back on the road. I had 5 hours left yo my trip and my car made it with no problem. This auto repair shop even takes Car Credit with Synchony Bank which offers generous special interest terms to pay off your repair cost. They also offer afterpay which break down cost to 4 easy payments. The owner did not charge me an arm and a leg and was very fairly priced which you are able to see when he provide you the invoice breakdown. I am very grateful with this shop, I was traveling with family of 5, I had young children with me, and this place felt heaven sent. Thank you Fausett Automotive. If I could make you guys my official go to mechanics, I would!!
