We have used Dr Bennett for years. No matter if it is well visits, sick visits, or death of pets he has been an absolute blessing to us and the rest of this county. Always nice and caring. Takes his time and always explains what he is doing and why. When the time comes for him to eventually retire it will be a huge loss for everyone around.

Horribly rude! Lack of professionalism! Thank goodness my sweet boy was seen at an Branches yesterday they’re top notch! Dr Bennett and his 900 year old receptionist need to retire!

I called to inquire about euthanasia and cremation service. Our 13 year old Boxer, we have had him since his cecerian birth (we were in attendance), was diagnosed with cancer and heart failure before we left for a 6/8 week RV trip and was told he had about 3 good months left. As things happen his heart was more fragile than was thought hence the inquiry. The person I spoke with did not Express any amount of compassion and robotically stated procedure and policy. Primarily that we would not be allowed to be with him during the euthanasia procedure. DEAL BREAKER.Other than the above we have no idea about the qualifications of this practice.

My husband took our large dog as a walk in because we had just did a bath at Tractor Supply pet wash and I noted ears looked bad inside . We live like 15 miles away so we decided to have a vet take a look for us . Our dog showed her teeth and the veterinarian refused to even look at her . He didn’t even speak to our dog . Didn’t offer to attempt to speak friendly . Just said I figured that was the reason you brought her here ! Don’t know how he figured that because he never saw us or our dog before . And will never be bother with us again ever . Rudest veterinarian I have ever seen or any of our animals have ever been exposed to . No personal interactions….. don’t go here if you love your pet !!!!

This is the absolute worst vet I have ever gone to. They are very rude. They did npt check my kitten for fleas or treat her. I went 3 times pver anput a month and a half. I emded up taking her elswhere. She was infested with fleas , dangerously anemic. I spent alot of money at Adel animal hospital. I was treated like dirt by them. Did not get answers to questions, did not do parasite test just gave her a shot. These people are nasty ,unprofessional people. I called them over another issue. Vet yelled at me during phone call and hung up. I have since changed bets to hahira and they are so nice and caring. What you expect. I am sorry i did not read adel animal hospital reviews before i took my kitten there. We just moved from out of state and got the kitten. I would never recomend adel animal clinic to anyone. In 40 yesrs of having animals this is the absolute worst vet experience i ever had. Plus very expensive. Very rude people.

Refused to treat our pet because we took it somewhere else first. Keep in mind that we took it to a vet during the night who does emergency visits. Rude and lack of care for pets. I do not recommend. Sad part is, we have used them in the past and been perfectly happy.
