I recently had a job completed there a few weeks ago. They charged me $240 per hour for an 11-12 hour job. They did not let my driver know the cost prior to fixing my truck, nor did they inform him that they did not accept American Express, which is the company that I use for business. Management did not make any exceptions whatsoever.The $2,500 job did not even fix the problem that we had and when I emailed the store for a phone call, I did not even receive a call. Find another shop, preferably a small business, to fix your truck/s.

I have a 2019 389 Pete (car hauler). Oil temp was 100. Sensor went bad; during sensor replacement, mechanic noticed trans fluid on top of motor and under carriage. Conf no trans leak; bolts loosened over time. DPF canister replaced. Excellent work, trucks running great. Only con was the mechanic forgot to top off trans fluid after retightening bolts and cleaning up the fluid. I asked about trans top off before leaving; no charge added. I’d go back; not open on weekends but overall good work; very professional

We’ve been using MHC Adairsville for over a year now. They really go above and beyond to get us what we need! It don’t matter what part it is or what time of day it is. If say the truck is down, they don’t stop until I have the part in hand. I 10/10 recommend this MHC over anyone.

We had a truck go down with a bad radiator. I dealt with Austin in the service dept. for this repair. Austin made this as painless as these situations can be. He got everything lined up for the next day. They started pulling the bad radiator out of the truck first thing the following morning. So when the new radiator arrived they could start reassembling the truck right away. Austin said if everything went as planned. They should have us back on the road early the following afternoon. And that is exactly what they did. I just want to thank Austin and his crew at MHC Kenworth. They did an outstanding job for us. We are still going to make our scheduled delivery on time. I highly recommend MHC Kenworth of Adairsville.

Here at Premier Platforms powered by ERG (Empower Rental Group) we strive for customer satisfaction. Our reputation is built on Customer Service Excellence. A PRIME example is the experience I had today with this store, and Ashley in particular. I asked her yesterday for help getting a quarter fender and brackets for one of our Kenworth delivery rigs. Parts arrived at 8:30 this morning. Little did I know she was out of work yesterday with sick children at home, yet she somehow managed to take care of her customer! That my friends is excellence! Keep up the awesome work!

Fantastic service. I called Ashley with a part request and emailed her a photo of the needed part. She had the part and had everything I needed put aside before I even got there. Wonderful efficiency and fantastic service. Thank you again Ashley.

I work with Salem Leasing which is a big corporation. I am so glad that MHC has moved into Adairsville. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. When we need parts they are always right there to service me. There service is Great this is why I will keep coming back to them over other vendors. If they don’t have the part you need they will bend over backwards to get you the part in a timely matter. Keep up the good work Adairsville.

I have been dealing with Austin for several years and he’s still on top of his game. Very glad to hear he’s the parts manager here. I will definitely be moving my business to this location. They were very friendly and answered the phone promptly but the guy who I spoke to in parts didn't seem to know very much. He took forever to find the part I needed and then gave me the wrong part numbers and prices. I had to call MHC of Atlanta to get the right information for my customer. Also they close at 5pm on a daily basis, I really wish they would stay open later. They would definitely get the business from the TA that is right down the road.
