The staff are so friendly! Everytime I need sports wear I can count on them. I rushed to get the last pair of black football pants, and they were nice to hold it until I got there. Love this place!

I'll start with the good. They have a lot to choose from in the store. So good that I spent over $200 in there on this particular day. I wanted to do a special order for a shirt and paid a deposit for it while there. They never gave me a timeline on when it would be ready. So, it's been over 2 weeks now and on Friday I sent a PM trying to get a timeline on when it would be ready. They said they'd check on it for me. It's now Wednesday and they never got back to me. So, I called the shop and a girl checked for it, it wasn't there and she said she would call me by the end of the day to let me know what she found out. I never got a call. It says on their receipt that they don't do refunds, only in store credit. So, I guess I'm out my deposit and no shirt. I had plans to spend a lot more money there since I liked what they had in the store, but not anymore. Bad customer service in my opinion, which turns me away from shopping there.

The best place to go for your school spirit gear, letter jackets, sports needs, screen printing and embroidery. They deliver great on making your product look good and always strive to make things right. Great staff, friendly, punctual, detailed. One of my favorite places in Adairsville!

Ordered a special shirt over 2 weeks ago. They never gave me a timeline on when it would be done. I sent a PM on Friday to check the status, they said they'd get back to me. They never did. I gave them until the next Wednesday and called to see if I'd get an answer that way. The girl said she'd check into it and call by the end of the day. No one ever called. I paid a deposit for this order after spending over $200 in their store. I guess I'm out the deposit and have no shirt. This was my first time shopping with them. I'll never shop there again.

I ordered a letterman jacket and was told I could pick it up on my daughters birthday only to go there and find the whole store closed for the week. So my daughter didn’t get anything on her actual birthday and I never even got a phone call saying they decided to close after they promised it would be ready that day! Very unprofessional and rude!
