“I went in here by recommendation of a coworker. I needed a small impact for work. Exceptions were low because most places have what you're looking for but it's almost the same price as the big box store. Not here found what I needed for $50ish when Home depot sales it for way over $70. Went back a few days later and picked up the 1,170 Foot pound impact. Both tools work as advertised. Staff is very helpful, not overbearing. Direct Tools yall have earned my continued business!”

Everybody's friendly Cindy at the checkouts and Sarah in Paint dept are two of my favorite employees. I definitely recommend getting a pro account. You'll never lose a receipt and you'll always have good records of what you've purchased there. The whole staff is more like a family very helpful!!”
