“I am in love with every single thing about this place, and that is not even an exaggeration. I have been to many gyms in my life but Reps & Sets is home and it will be home for a long time to come. Albert has curated the best selection of equipment I have seen in a gym in this area. When you walk into Reps & Sets, the vibe hits you immediately. From the colors of the walls, to the music, to hearing Albert or his staff members greeting you, it's a whole experience from the start. The cardio selection is great. Treadmills to stair steppers, you have low impact or high intensity to choose from. When it comes to weight lifting, this place is perfect for anyone! The gym caters to anyone on any fitness journey. You have easy-to-use machines, dumbbells, barbells, smith machines, you name it. They have a powerlifting room set up for the big 3, for all the powerlifters. They cater to boxers with a set up out back for boxing. They also have saunas which is just another testament of how much they care for their members. Saunas are an incredibly underutilized recovery tool. I love that he has these for his members. The people there are really awesome too. I've made a few new friends and that community feeling is something that's very important to me. Reps & Sets has made me feel welcome from the start and they really care about you and your fitness/health. They have a lifetime member when it comes to me!”
