On Saturday, September 14, 2024 my wife went to the Dollar General prior to her arriving. I made sure to go to the app clips to coupons for $10 off 40 And five dollars off $25 or more when she got home, I checked her receipt. She spent $98 did not get a penny taken off. She asked the store before putting the items on the counter when she needed to enter. Our phone number said this first item that she did went back to the store manager says nothing we can do Bad practices, but it will be the last

Terrible slow service lack of care. Here on a tuesday around 3. Declinded they had apple phone chargers and within 4 minutes we found plenty. Then sat in a short line dor 15 minutes

Worst customer service EVER!!! I asked a worker a question and her conversation she was already having was more important. She loudly talked over me to finish her conversation and then proceeded to help me afterwards. Also, I advised the cashier that something rang up for the wrong price and he did nothing about it, but proceeded to tell me my total. I WILL NOT go back to this store. Do better people!!

Bought a candy bar. Price listed was $1. Cashier rang it up twice, and it was priced in the system at $1.50. Went back to the cashier to get it fixed and the manager had a bad attitude (Not the first time she's acted this way) Not only did she give me grief over the being charged extra. She wanted to argue over the price. Checked the shelf and yep. I was right. STILL only refunded me for the one bar owing me money. I told her to keep it because clearly it was too complicated of a situation for her to figure out. The irony of the candy bar being to support literacy for Dollar General. The staff here is missing basic elementary school math skills.

Went to grab 2 things and get $40 cash back. No sign that says I can't. The cashier was extremely rude and embarrassed me with a line behind me. She made a phone call and gave me some fives and a tens she had. And never said sorry and basically just shoved it at me! VERY VERY rude customer service. I go there all the time, but I won't be now!When I approached the counter, all she could have said is she couldnt do cash back.

This store of like most dollar generals always has carts blocking the isles full of products that need to be put on the shelves. Once walking in there was a dog roaming around the store that belonged to a customer that was in there and that to me is very unsanitary. The wait to pay for your items is another thing you will be waiting for a good 20-30 minutes before it's your turn to get up to the cashier. The computer system they have is always down and the self checkout is never opened. Poorly ran and very short staffed.

The shelves are always a barren wasteland of nothingness. All building no stock. Workers were out of stock too. Closed before 7 and no sign.

Multiple items were priced wrong didn’t realize till I checked my receipt before I left the store and I used self check out. I went back and checked the items to make sure I didn’t see the wrong price, then went to the employee at the check out line and let her know. Her excuse was they are in the middle of price changes. Couldn’t give me my money back all that she could do was have me return all the items and re ring me up she said it’ll take a couple days for it to go back on my card…. Obviously not going to do that that’s a huge inconvenience. If they’re in the middle of price changes before it’s changed in the system it should be changed on the floor first because that’s false advertising. I’ll avoid this store from now on because they could care less to help you or correct a wrong just repeat the same excuse.

Love this store! The store manager, Christina is amazing. She speaks to you when you come in, you can tell she loves what she does and the store is always clean and organized. A great group of workers there that speak to you, helps you anytime you have a question and is always so friendly. What's not to love about that?!?!?

I felt like the employees were following me around the store, assuming I am a thief (I'm not), Then the cashier had an attitude whenever I ask her to remove an item due to it being "incorrectly" priced.. So I will try to find a different store before I ever go there again. Jesse loves y'all, (the people that were judging me)...
