“I love bank ozk BUT it hasn't felt the same in a year or 2. When I want to talk business with my bank, I like to go in and talk to someone but you never can anymore. Discussing certain things like mortgages or anything should be done in person. You are making a big decision and there are lots of things to go over before even applying. A phone call feels rushed in these situations. I want to sit down and talk to someone I trust to have my best interest in mind..give me pointers and steps to take.”
