We called from advance auto parts Right down the road, looking for a part and it was getting close to closing. They sent someone over with the part to the advance parking lot for us. It wasn’t the right thing. We were hopeful it would work. But so so impressed with that Customer Service.

Just went into auto zone to get starter tested and the kid went over and in less than 10 seconds told me that it was bad so went over to advance and got it tested and it was good so he rather didn’t want to do his job or wanted to sell me a part I didn’t need. Or don’t know how to work the machine. The auto zone in Calhoun told me they didn’t have the part and I ordered it online and it magically appeared at the store in 2 minutes and he’s supposed to be a manager these part stores are getting out of hand.
