I have been with this storage for 8 years. They are always friendly and helpful. It has always been clean. Can't beat the rates.

My daughter rented a storage unit from them, but as you might understand Kids she didn't pay for it, I did. The unit was set up on autopsy from my bank account Paid this payment well over a year with no problems whatsoever, UNTIL we got her belongs out because she was stationed in the state of Washington. As we where finishing the office manager came out and with a bad attitude, and hateful-ness. Proceeds to tell us all the stipulations about the contract being ended without notice and that we would lose our deposit. When Uncle Sam tells you to go, you go!!! My husband told the manager that was fine, we understood, even though we had not be told of those rules. He then gives her the key to the unit. Still she is short and hateful like in her comments. I get a voice-mail from her to call her back. I had just dealt with the death of my father, my only child being shipped to Washington and just bought a house myself. So it did take me a week to call back. When I called the 1sr time all the phone would do was ring, no answer. The 2nd time I called I left a voice-mail. I never received an call back. Then I check my bank statement and I have been charged again for June. Long story short she has charged us for this unit without reason. She is very hateful and has no customer skills. So for reference they get made and take advantage of you when you no long need there unit. Terrible place to go to.

To whom it may concern I just wanted to state that I have been with this storage company for over 3 years and I have never had any issues. I have had other units with other storage companies and could never give a 5 * to any of them they are very clean nice units and the owners are very kind and understanding people so if you wanted to choose a storage unit just be respectful and you will have a great place to keep your items safe. I would recommend them to any one. They are very clean and very reasonable on their prices but more important great people.

Barry the the owner/ manager is not qualified to wipe it but much less run a business. If you have to rent from here I strongly suggest you keep very records making him sign the receipts. The facility is nice and clean with reasonable rates. However dealing with Barry is not going to be worth your trouble.
