My daughter & I spent this afternoon at Xfinity switching our Verizon cell phones to Xfinity Mobile. Patty did a great job answering our every question. We bought one phone (in stock) ordered one phone for my husband and imported her phone number from Vz to Xfinity. This is never an easy transaction, but Patty made it easier! It only says 5 stars but we give Xfinity 10 stars!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the store with the store manager. He is the most unhelpful, unprofessional, rude, aggressive and disrespectful person I have ever interacted with. Please stay away from this store!!!
