We walked in for the first time today. REALLY enjoyed it! We shopped several booths. Jennifer approached do see if we needed additional assistance. Super friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back again!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Woodstock Antiques Mall, specifically regarding their auction division, Woodstock Auction. I urge all potential bidders and buyers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with them.
I bid on and won what was advertised as an original Qing dynasty painting with a significant provenance. However, upon receiving the item, it was immediately clear that it was a low-quality print, not even a painting as advertised, since a real ink-on-paper painting has bleed through on the back.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue directly with Steve Ross from this merchant, including multiple requests for legitimate provenance documentation, I received only an internally created “Certificate of Sale” with no independent verification. Further investigation confirmed that the claims about the item's provenance were false.
When I filed a chargeback, the auction house offered a conditional refund but refused to cover return shipping costs. They cited "sold as is" to evade responsibilities the entire time. This policy does not absolve them from providing truthful information and fulfilling their advertised claims.
Their unethical and potentially illegal practices, along with the frustration and financial loss they have caused, are simply not worth the risk. I have filed a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General’s office to investigate their deceptive practices.
Potential buyers should be extremely cautious when dealing with Woodstock Antiques Mall and their auction services. Their misrepresentation and lack of transparency pose a significant risk to consumers. Research thoroughly before considering any transactions with them.

Gorgeous, large, well-maintained booth setup. Prices are higher than you might find in a more rural area.

It is clean and organized, but lacks antiques.

Will never go back again to buy or to sell. Manager tells her staff to lie, takes objects out of the booth without a word, told me to lie to her staff and withhold info . She and staff Can’t be trusted .

Stumbled upon this place unexpectedly, but there were so many amazing treasures to find here. There’s a wide range of items and styles. I especially loved the comic books, records, neon signs, and vintage electronics.

I recently found a Facebook Marketplace ad for Woodstock Antiques Mall in Acworth, Georgia. I called to inquire, as I was almost 300 miles away. I asked if the item could be held until I drove to see it. After giving my name and phone number, I was told the item would be held for the day. My husband agreed to make the trip. He had been gone for 2 hours when I received a call telling me she wanted me to pay for the item (sight unseen with a credit card. I said I was told the item would be held until we could make the drive. She was arrogant, telling me that she had learned her lesson. What lesson? She was referring to holding an item. She was not the woman who agreed to hold it to begin with. We will never purchase anything from Woodstock Antiques Mall again.

I really like this store but is it unfortunate to be followed around the whole store. I’ve experienced this in two instances, both while having my young child with me. I understand the need to be proactive about theft, but to not say a word and instead just follow people? That’s not an okay practice. And like I said, I really like the store. It got a lot of cool time pieces but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully whoever runs this business will have their employees take racial bias training or something proactive.
Edit: And added for context, the man was staring directly at me and my child with his hands behind his back I’m assuming waiting to “catch us in the act.” After he had followed us for 30 minutes around the store. Didn’t say a word but addressed the man next to us which I took as an opportunity to get the heck out of dodge. I did end up purchasing a beautiful teacup and saucer. But that will be the last time.

Very nice staff. Mario's Comics has some decent comics, better than what had been here for years. Other collectibles, like Peanuts and Snoopy, as well as some music items.

Not many antiques anymore, we used to love coming here. Should be called the Craft Mall. Everything is primarily new furniture made to look old, or crafts. Probably only 35% antiques now.

Antiques. That's all. Fine quality. People know what they are selling.
