Food was good. No napkins, straws, nugget sauce, or spoon for the frosty was given to us. You would think they should put that kind of stuff automatically in the bag. We wanted to eat in. The dining area was closed. Here it is in the middle of the afternoon, about 2:30. We had no choice but to go through the drive through. Service here sucks.

There were no soda on the machine, the sandwich was missing lettuce and was really bad, and to help one of the employees was cursing with children inside there, to the point that we had to ask them to respect the kids. horrible location

Charged for a BLT Biggie bag and gave me a normal chicken sandwich and BBQ instead of honey mustard. Entire order was wrong and did not give receipt to give feedback. Seems like this location gets worse by the week.

Food quality is good but there is less than a 50% chance that the deals on the app will work at the register and the staff is less than helpful when it doesn’t work.It’s their app and they’re responsible for making sure the customer is able to take advantage of the deals offered.

Horrible customer service. The taste and temperature of the food was bad. Food safety concerns as some employees preparing food were not eating gloves or hair restraints. No one was smiling and they all looked unhappy.

Somehow they always get part of my order wrong lol. Food is good when it comes out at least - manager needs to update those earpieces! It’s impossible to be heard without yelling, which is a pretty uncomfortable moment especially with a long line. Also if you take up a wrong order with the manager she just yells at you and throws your food away. Nice one

From the moment I got to the speaker she rushed my order and was rude for no reason, I didn’t even acknowledge it. The whole order was wrong except for the frosty which I had to tell her, she closed the window and walked away before I could even tell her the order was wrong. I legit just ordered and she was mad for no reason.. didn’t get a receipt either so I can’t even get a refund.

I was charged around $8 each for two Double Baconators and Double Nacho Cheeseburger. I'm not sure what they gave me, but it was neither of those and probably only $2 on the menu. I have no idea why everyone complains about minimum wage with experiences like this. ?

Doors are ALWAYS locked, even though their hours of operation is listed on the doors. Just stay away.
