Just pick any other pharmacy in the area - this is by far the worst Walgreens and pharmacy I've been to. They never answer the phone, they're always delayed, and medicine is always out of stock. Just avoid. Do better, Walgreens.

Love Walgreens! There are a variety and plethora of products, greeting cards, magazines, candy, vitamins, over-the-counter meds and even photo options! The employees are so customer-focused and each and every Walgreens has a wonderful vibe!

visite la Walgreen, en la tarde de hoy 17 de abríl y pregunté por unos parchos que se utilizan para medir los niveles de azúcar en la sangre que le pedí a mi Doctor y me salió una americana al encuentro y le indiqué QUE NO HABLABA INGLÉS y me dijo que no había nadie para atenderme, anteriormente había visitado esa tienda y presisamente había una joven que había hablado el Español y yo le indiqué que la joven antes mencionada hablaba español pero está empleada se negó a comunicarme con ella luego pasaron unos 4 o 5 minutos y vino otra America tomo a la que estaba hablando conmigo y sin pedir disculpa la alejo de mí y yo me quedé sin palabras faltándome el respeto son empleados rasistas y sin educación Y tratan mal a los latinos

Do not use this pharmacy. The staff is rude and condescending. On our most recent encounter we were on hold for over 15 minutes and then they hung up. We had to call the store and get the store manager to walk over and get them to answer the phone. The pharmacist didn't try to help solve our problem. We gave up and called CVS on Due West Rd. They took the call and said they would call Walgreens to transfer the prescription. They were helpful and humane. This is not our first problem with this pharmacy. Find another pharmacy.

Customer service on Mars Hill is terrible. Can you not teach your employees how to at least be somewhat respectful when checking customers out? It's gone from bad to worse.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Julie SUCKS as a pharmacist. She didn't order my prescription In AND didn't tell me SHE DIDNT HAVE IT in the store. I went to pick it up after 6 like she said and SURPRISE nothing. I'll have to wait until she gets it in. (This is a medicine I need everyday) SO rude and not willing to communicate or work with me at all. DO NOT USE!

Y'all if your insurance allows you to use Walgreens; use this one!!! My insurance no lingers contracts with them and this location went above and beyond for me to get my prescription transferred!!!! I love them and hope they will be in network next year!!! The whole pharmacy team is amazing.

Tom, your customer service skills are awful. Get it together, twice trying to get your service you were moving at a glacier speed and took phone orders instead. You ask them to hold and help the customers in person.

I remember a time when places such as Walgreen ,CVS and all the chains used to beg for your business now it’s like they don’t care. Takes forever. Mom and pops need to make a come back!! ASAP!!
