This pharmacy works very hard to turn down your business. I fill my medications here. It's often a fight to receive my medications on time. I tried to fill a simple antibiotic for my daughter. They did have the antibiotic in stock, but they told me it would take days to fill. I wish I could go back to Kroger Pharmacy where I never experienced a problem until my insurance stopped working with kroger.

Sometimes I have purchased toiletries or greeting cards from this location. They do have a good variety of things to choose from. However, I find them quite pricy. So, I only shop here if I'm desperate for something.One nice thing though is that they have a FedEx drop off at this location. Found that out just recently when I had to drop off a prelabeled and packed item to acompany. It was very simple. The cashier at the regular cash register just scanned the box and gave me a receipt. No excessive pleasantries were exchanged.

I have been a Walgreens customer for 20+ but that ends today. 1st time in the drive thru today I was rudely treated with a very sick husband in the car. Someone from their store told me the prescription would be ready in 2 hours. It was not. I took the attitude, took him home and returned when we got the text that all 5 were ready. 2nd time in the drive thru...2 hours after first time.....left very sick husband at home needing meds. There had been some snafu with the address or name and they had filled one prescription using his middle name...took the poor girl at the register and also on the phone three trips to the back to get advice on how to figure it out. She was not sure even what questions to ask. She was getting more and more flustered and said they would have to redo that one and it would be another 20 min. I was about to be not happy when the pharmacist rushed up grabbed it and said " all I have to do is reprint this, it will just be a few minutes." The young girl then asked me to move my car to the back of the line of 5 cars in the drive through....a wayyyy more than 20 minute wait at that point. I said I would just wait and another girl appeared and told me to move or she was calling the police! Threatened by a Walgreens Employee over a few minute wait??? When it was their mistake to start with??? Walgreens had many more choices than that one. My business clearly is not important at all.

I decided to start transferring my prescriptions to a pharmacy that has a drive-thru. This particular Walgreens is nearby and I have used their pharmacy before. The less I need to co-mingle with humans, the better. I explained to the Pharm Tech (dirty blonde, dark frame glasses) that medication wouldn't be due for refill for a few more days. She treated me as if I was trying to pull a scam - asking questions: (where did you previously fill this rx?, etc). I explained again I prefer to use a drive up window rather than walking through Target and wait in line. My husband was silently sitting in a waiting area chair and heard the entire conversation. He was livid as to the techs attitude. Girl, you need to get that attitude in check - this is the second complaint against you,

Worst customer service! I stand in line for 20 minutes waiting on prescriptions. Finally it's my turn. She told me my insurance wasn't working. So I said ok do you have the coupons on my account that I've been using. She says you'll have to get online and find them and move over so I can get the other people behind you. Took me 1 second to find the coupon so instead of taking me next she lets 3 more people go in front of me. Dirty blonde haired girl with glasses. Don't know her name but bottom line she's a joke. I left and transferred my prescriptions to another Walgreens, that offered the coupons before I even asked!!!! Walgreens by Dallas/Acworth...I would recommend that one. Great customer service. Will never be back to this Walgreens (Lake Acworth DR)

Amid all the craziness surrounding COVID-19, to learn how this company is treating its employees has angered me to the point that I will never shop there again. I don't care if they have the last roll of TP in the state of Georgia. They are receiving vast amounts of government funds for their "efforts to combat this pandemic". They should be required to show the tax payers how this fortune of money is actually being spent. Cause it sure doesn't seem to be put towards the betterment of the people. The one time $150 bonus they are giving employees (if they meet certain criteria) is insulting and unacceptable.The only employees that should be present in the store are those who are willing to compromise their own wellbeing in an effort to aid their community and for that reason alone, they should be duly compensated for doing so. Instead of providing hazard pay for their dedicated employees, they are "taking care of them" by installing plexiglass shields. That being said, they are literally one of the LAST BUSINESSES IN TOWN to have them installed. Distorted priorities for all to see! A global crisis should not result in increased company profits, especially not when those profits are made possible at the expense and well-being of American people.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy. I drop my script off at 3:30pm and went back at 7pm to pick up and was not ready , so I came in the morning at 9am. The lady was so rude and fast.

Quick and easy transition in getting our RX from Florida filled after just moving here a week ago.
