Every time I attempt to use this store, I am told that a service they provide is unavailable or broken. I am constantly given contradicting information on how to accomplish a task or make a return. Not sure this branch would still be open if it wasn't for their prime location.

Amazon Return? Not their job anymore...
3 workers doing nothing and was told that Amazon returns are now self-service at their new Kiosk! Do it yourself and hope the person behind you doesn't steal your return!

Cesar and Katelyn from UPS store # 2925 are awesome. They were both very knowledgeable in helping me get copies of some documents I needed. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made my day!

This happens to be the closest one to our home. They are always polite and efficient. Why do an Amazon Return at Kohl’s? Let’s not forget the fact how slow they are!

Ceasar and Ken were extremely helpful with a difficult to deliver package. They personally called the UPS facility in the city where it was being delivered and kept me well-informed. They were very polite and informative every time we spoke.

This particular store in Acworth is worth the distance. I’m closer to 2 other UPS stores but prefer to come here always. They hire well! The owner is top notch, always working side by side with his employees. The employees are always so helpful & knowledgeable. I’ve been coming to this store for years now. A true pleasure to do business with!!

My experience is based on recent Amazon return, and other isolated previous shipping experience. The owner is regularly in the store, and will bluntly tell customers to tape their boxes, unless of course you're purchasing materials.I have no idea how much they are reimbursed for Amazon returns, but I absolutely refuse to use this store going forward. Staples offers the same UPS services, minus mail box of course. I'd rather deal with a corporate store than this local owner...tired of his rude and curt responses.
