Great UPS Store. Knowledgeable people. I know that my package with UPS more than likely going to be delivered. Better costs than USPS. USPS and FedEx will more than likely lose my package if not take forever to deliver it.

This is not the closest UPS store to my address but I choose to go here because the people are SO helpful and SO pleasant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to return my Amazon items

I've been going to this UPS store for many years now, and they never disappoint. So helpful and so friendly! Even to me, who comes in at 6:55pm! (I'm sorry!) Kudos to whomever directs the business culture here because the courteous attitude of service permeates all employees across the years. I never go to USPS anymore because they consistently make doing business with them a pleasure!

This UPS has hands down the best customer service! Caesar was incredibly diligent about helping me with a very important package that was lost. He successfully tracked down the package over several days and in the end the package made it to its location. He was also proactive in ensuring that my refund was processed in a timely manner. Don’t ship anywhere else, this is your place!

Every time I attempt to use this store, I am told that a service they provide is unavailable or broken. I am constantly given contradicting information on how to accomplish a task or make a return. Not sure this branch would still be open if it wasn't for their prime location.

Amazon Return? Not their job anymore...
3 workers doing nothing and was told that Amazon returns are now self-service at their new Kiosk! Do it yourself and hope the person behind you doesn't steal your return!

Cesar and Katelyn from UPS store # 2925 are awesome. They were both very knowledgeable in helping me get copies of some documents I needed. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made my day!
