I just walked out of the Ulta in Acworth. 2nd visit I was not greeted even though they had 3 employees watching me walk in. 1 minute later another customer walk in, she’s showered with greeting and assistance. I came to check reviews this is standard for the Acworth store.

Edit: customer service never called so i called back in and the are arguing with me because i didn’t put the free gift in the cart. I did not check the item out the associate at the store ordered it for me online. I will be calling the store when they open that they need to retrain their associates.
I went in store to see if they had the back to school packs. They didn’t so the lady ordered it for me. It said you got a free gift and i asked her about it and she said it would come with the package. On the site it said get the free gift in store and i showed her and she didn’t care. I got my package and my free gift did not come with my package. She needs to be retrained or something but i will definitely be calling customer service even though it probably won’t be worth it.

I was greeted and helped by Cori. She was really helpful when it came to me shopping and trying to color match foundation and concealer. She also helped my sister sign up for a rewards account so we could some nice discounts.
I would’ve gave the store 5 stars but the cashier I had was not knowledgeable at the register. And even after trying to help her she refused to listen … maybe it was her first day alone??
Anyways, luckily Ish came and got everything situated for us!
Highly recommend asking for Cori and Ish

Holy smothering, people! I was in the store for 60 seconds and was asked FIVE times (5!!!) if I was “still doing ok” ….THREE of those were by the same girl. I get they’re trying to be helpful but good gravy! I thought I was being Punk’d! I’ll just order online so I can actually read a label without being interrupted. Sheesh. ?
