We returned our trailer to this location and advised the agent that we had an extension however he ignored this and still charged us $267 for 9 days over when we were supposed to return the trailer....but when we called the location we rented from she gladly refunded the overage because we had a valid extension. This location would not take the time to read the notes showing that we had an extension therefore I had to pay extra and wait for the money to be returned. thank you to the u-haul location in North Carolina for doing a great job ....this location however fell below the bar of expectations.
