This is seriously the best UPS store I have found in the area. I drove down from Cartersville because Cartersville UPS is horrible.This UPS is kind, friendly, respectful, and doesn’t make you pay $2-3 for 1 piece of tape.Best experience out of three different counties (Bartow, Cobb, & Paulding) of UPS stores!!Highly highly recommend. I will definitely take the drive again just for the humbleness they show here.

I am a frequent customer at this very busy UPS store in Acworth and the service is pretty great. But I feel compelled to highlight the exceptional customer service experience I had this evening courtesy of Tom who diligently and patiently customized and printed out beautiful pictures for me. It didn’t matter that it was close to closing time, and his lovely colleagues Hunter and Shelley waited on all of the other customers coming in while he applied his expertise to making and printing the best photos possible! His wonderful sense of humor and polite demeanor are just icing on the cake! Thank you Tom once again for your hard work and helping me to have memories I will always cherish from these pictures! You’re the BEST!

Bitter Experience & Bad Service, my international doc. is supposed to be shipped via UPS and got shipped thru USPS and not delivered as promised. but paid for 6 days delivery time.

Incredibly slow service. Each person takes 5-10 minutes at the counter with 5-6 people in line. You'd be faster to drive to the Brookstone location than wait here.

This is one of the worse UPS stores I’ve been in. I’ve given 3 chances; the first two they were extremely slow, but overall friendly. This last time was terrible. I buy and sell shoes so I ship 10+ packages a week. Some get sent through USPS and I always get a receipt. I went in today to drop off and the lady said she could not print me a receipt. I told her that the USP store 5 minutes up the road by Publix does it all the time no issue. She said I was wrong and they didn’t (I go there almost every time). She then told me when she scans the label it doesn’t even do anything on her computer (which was a full on lie). I left and drove up the road to my normal location and within 2 minutes I had dropped them off and got a receipt. My normal store informed me that they can always print me a USPS receipt (as I’ve done it 100 times in the past) and the employees at the bad store probably just didn’t want to. I highly recommend going to a different UPS store. I feel the entire staff at this location needs to be retrained or replaced. If you need a UPS use the one at 2774 Cobb Pkwy NW. It’s always a pleasure with them.

Been in there a few times now for my company to ship equipment back. No problem - no hassle. It's not cheap by any means, but the stuff makes it there and I guess I'm not having to foot the bill so it makes life easier for me to just drop it off and have them pack it up.

Great place. Have used to print signs for both work and home. Always go above and beyond in helping with design and making sure I get what I need. Have shipped many items here and they are always helpful. Great place pure and simple.

My wife came into this store maybe 3 weeks ago and dropped off a cell phone in a box with a shipping label.She walked out without getting a tracking # and of course this guy knew it and didn’t say anything.So now I’m having to pay 500 dollars out of my pocket,because atnt has not received it.And of course we have called a couple of times and no help.If the money was coming out of there pocket I’m sure they would be on top of it.There has to be cameras in this place to prove it was dropped off.I will let atnt do there investigation.

They wouldn't let me send a little bit of my dogsashes to artist who is going to make a infused glassmemorial. Her ashes are sealed in two bags. There isno reason why anyone couldn't send this. It would bedifferent if it was a huge urn but it's literally a smallbag. Very hurtful and disappointing.
