I love this place! The staff is always friendly to me or my wife and they even carry extra boxes for the size they know I use the most. I’m always greeted smiled at and have friendly conversation. Extra stars for the self serve kiosk in the front. This way I don’t have to bother them when they have a long line which is rare because they move so quickly and efficiently.

This is the UPS closest to my house but i continuously go out of the way to avoid it solely because of the white lady with the brown hair. She always has the worst attitude and is SO unpleasant to be around.

I want to give a big shoutout to the team at the UPS Store in Acworth for their outstanding customer service! Every time I stop by, they go above and beyond to make the experience smooth and pleasant. Even though I pass several other UPS Stores on my way home, I always choose this one because of the excellent service and professionalism. Thank you for making this location my go-to spot!

DO NOT USE UPS!!! Shipped a package on 11/12, UPS claims they handed the package to USPS on 11/15 for the “last mile”, but USPS is saying that they never received the package. It is 12/10 and no one is taking ownership for losing the package. I shipped the package through UPS so they should be ultimately responsible for the packages safe delivery. UPS says they aren’t responsible for packages after they hand it off to USPS. How convenient. So now the package is lost and no one is willing to take the blame. Been on the phone with both USPS and UPS for hours. Save your time and money and ship through FedEx!!!

This is my “go to” UPS store. Although I could go to other stores in the area, I choose this store when shipping returns or for other administrative needs. As I go to this store frequently, I am greeted by the associates warmly and kindly which makes a difference when running mundane errands throughout the day.

I use UPS throughout the country on a regular basis. Hands down this was the most rude interaction I've ever had. The Asian woman who was supposedly helping me was completely bothered and condescending. I had questions and thank heavens there were two gentlemen there that were answering kindly. This woman just wanted me out of her hair, she should not be in customer service.

This UPS store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only was the representative on her cell phone during the entire process she then refused to help me with a free return through Amazon unless I buy a box through her. So, to return the wrongly shipped item that is being paid for by Amazon I have to pay for it. I have never heard of such a thing. Next they will be asking for tips. Customer service is garbage.
