The Dog House is just great for our sweet doggie, Little. Ms Linda is Little's groomer and we couldn't be happier.Little suffers from severe separation anxiety and is usually very angry. Linda grooms Little every 4-5 weeks and has never had a problem. Ms Linda is Magick!

Nalla and Dylan love coming here for their grooming needs ! Heaven loves them and they love her and she does a wonderful job . Lori does a great leadership role from what I observe .

They take such good care of my 3 dogs! Our dogs get groomed and go to daycare some times and they always leave so happy and looking amazing!

I have four standard poodles. Grooming a poodle is an art form, and The Dog House does a good job every month. The staff is eager to please and the owner, Lori, is fantastic. I think my pups look beautiful, and I like having a standing appointment, so I don’t have to worry about calling for 4 appointments every month. My groomers are Heaven and Bailey, and I recommend them both.

I've been using the Dog House Pet Resort as a play place for my puppers for a year and a half, and I really love having a facility where I can take him for daycare, but also grooming and boarding, and have peace of mind he's being taken care of. Any time I ask them to keep a special eye on my pupper, they always do so with a smile, and a very thorough report. They have visiting vet care, specialized trainings and sensitivity sessions, and yet all bundled into what feels like a very boutique facility that lets the dogs enjoy the outside (when its safe for them). Its great to have an all-in-one where I have assurance my pup will be taken care of.

My dog had been attending this daycare for months (close to 1 year). Up until last week I assumed everything was going great. Every time he was picked up we were told he did great! So getting a call last week that he was no longer allowed to attend due to his energy level really threw me off. I mean I know he is hyper, I explained that on day 1. I called back and asked to speak with someone regarding what exactly happened. I spoke to a manager who stated he didn’t know all the details but let me know that my dogs high energy was causing other dogs to fight, which in turn led him being put up in a separate kennel area. He also stated that his recall was not good and he was becoming aggressive with the leash. He told me that the trainer or manager would reach out to me to discuss further as he wasn’t aware of why I was not told about this sooner. No one called. So I called back and asked to speak with the trainer and was told she wasn’t in but she would call me the following day. Still never received a call. All I wanted was an explanation of what exactly happened so I know I’m the future how to proceed with taking him to other daycares or boarding. I’m extremely disappointed on how this was handled and I feel like the least they could have done was returned my call.Please just make sure that if your dog is on the hyper side or has questionable behaviors you ask to speak to a manager every now and then to make sure there is nothing going on that you are unaware of, as the kennel staff apparently can’t say anything but they did great, even when my dog was on his way to being kicked out of the facility.

My Husky Bruno loves doggy daycare at Dog House Pet Resort. He starts going crazy as soon as we turn into the parking lot. They also do a great job with his his baths ❤️?

the doghouse pet resort is extremely unprofessional, they treat the workers very poorly. they talk to them as if they were the dogs. i’d rather take my poodle to pet smart to be groomed before i come back here. not to mention the extremely high prices! so ridiculous.
