Came last night and the employee told come tomorrow morning so I could speak to a manager. The manager was supposed to be there at 10am but no one is there. Very bad management in this store.

Beware of going to T-Mobile at the Acworth location. I bought a phone recently and my phone got deactivated. I got charged for 6 lines!!! Even though I told the T-Mobile associate I needed 1 line for a new phone. I recieved a call from support and I was told that the T-Mobile employee in Acworth charged me for 6 lines which was over $250!!! 2 phone numbers, an iphone that wasn't mine and 3 sync up trackers that I didn't need!!!I went back to this Acworth store and didn't receive help from Bri and was told by her to go to the Kennesaw store. I went to the T-Mobile store off Barrett Pkwy in Kennesaw and they were very attentive, well-trained, and fixed/suspended my bill and everything was taken care of.

This T-Mobile employee was dishonest. On a 1-day T-Mobile Tuesday, my sister-in-law went into the store to claim a freebie item that was offered on T-Mobile Tuesday. They asked for her ID when they were checking the T-Mobile Tuesday app on her phone to claim it. My sister-in-law was confused why they were asking for ID for T-Mobile Tuesday, but she gave it to them anyway, and they scanned her ID. The employee went back into the office and after a few minutes came back with the freebie that was offered on T-Mobile Tuesday. She immediately texted me and asked me since when did they start checking ID for T-Mobile. So I told her it might be something new they just started doing, but after a few minutes, I received a text message saying, 'Thank you for signing up for the offer.' So I logged into my account and found out someone added two tablet lines onto my account. I immediately went to that store and asked why they added those lines. My sister-in-law also came into the store with me, and what those employees claimed is that she requested to add those lines. So I asked my sister-in-law what happened, and she said she just asked for an ID to claim the T-Mobile Tuesday. No one said anything about adding a line, especially not two lines. Those employees started saying that she did ask for those lines. So I asked why was she able to add a line even though she's not an authorized user to make any changes to my account? When I asked that question, they didn't have an answer for that. Also, at the same time, I was talking to a rep on the phone, and she informed me, 'Did she give me any SIM card?' My sister-in-law said she didn't give her any SIM card or anything, but then employees told her that it was in her freebie. My question to them was, 'Why did they slip cards into that notebook instead of handing them to her?' Everything they said was pointing to them adding those lines without anyone's authorization. I was very disappointed in this store. Even the store manager was part of this scam as well. So do yourself a favor and don't go to this store or trust anyone in that store."

Beware of Javiel the manager. We came in for the one of T-Mobile’s promotion. He Lied and made Fake Promises and Locked us into a 2 year deal that was not discussed.He stated that the accessories for our new lines will be free but on our bill we are paying for it. He signed us up for a promotion that TRIPLED our monthly bill!! They conduct shady business avoid this store or T-mobile as a whole. We will be switching providers after this awful experience.

I went in to pick up my replacement watch and Reggie was wonderful! Made sure everything worked before I left and was very nice and had excellent customer service. I will definitely come back again.

T-Mobile and it's manager committed FRAUD on our account!! BEWARE!!! The manager we spoke to (Jarius?) was nice and seemed to be helpful. We wanted to add a previously acquired iPad to our plan. He sold us a SIM card, but no one could find the slot for the SIM on the iPad. He told us to contact Apple to find a number and we could call him back to add the number and the iPad, which he said would be $10 a month. Apple was no help, so we went to Best Buy. They informed us our iPad is NOT set up for cell phone use, something neither T-Mobile nor Apple could tell us. We took the SIM card back to T-Mobile and got a refund. But this morning, I received a message thanking me for adding a new Tablet line and Protection on a new device for $75 a month!! It appears Jarius took it upon himself to add these things to our account, when we DID NOT agree to either option, did not even discuss a protection plan, and signed nothing but the receipt for the SIM card. This is absolute FRAUD on the part of T-Mobile. I am disgusted with the person who did this, and disgusted with a company which allows such things to happen. We'll be transferring to another carrier as soon as possible. This is totally unacceptable.

absolutely terrible, screwed my account up completely nd the manager refused. Tried to trade out 2 pads for new and my bill increased 2 1/2 times. Will never go back yo this store. One is the least number I can give

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCORRECT BILLING!I have had a billing query for 6 months and still not resolved. They are charging me extra $500 in total on the contract. I have spoken to the manager as well as customer service countless times and I am still being incorrectly charged.They DON’T CARE!Edit - I have contacted this email address a number of times and still no response! How do I get the problem resolved?

The manager really tried to scam us. The dude added on random things we didn't ask for along with a whole other line. Thankfully real tmobile was able to fix everything for us because we had our receipt. Before we got off the phone with Tmobile they told us to not go back to that store and they will be doing an investigation into that store. So count your days homeboy with the small feet and the sports car! You not slick!

Been with t mobil 8 years my son lost his phone we got a used one and needed a Sims card and get it going. It was like because I was not there to buy a new phone I was a problem not a customer . That's wrong had to call customer service to get it going yall know the wait for that?

This store is the worst of worst... the sorry ass bitch manager on duty saw her employee set up and order my son ipad10... when they didn't not send it to their store location like I asked. So when i went back they blame it on UPS... even thou UPS said they cancelled the order. This was a birthday first for my son so of course i called and went up there. They wouldn't credit me because they said I had the product... then when I asked for me refund this dumb bitch said all I can give you is store credit... yea my money was good for more then store credit.. but since leaving this shitty ass store my internet had sucked. Just shows that they are taking advantage of you

TRASH!!! The worst customer service ever!!! I Walken in said hello before the even addressed me. Then stood there for for about 5 min while 2 of the employees were available. Then the Manager Javiel (unsure of the spelling) sighed and said what are you here for? I said hello again and stayed my business. I had a faulty sim card so T-Mobile sent one to me and he said it wasn't working. I called T-Mobile, they asked him to try another on or try it in another phone but he was unwilling. He kept stepping away going to the back and we had to keep yelling for his return. Then he left all together and I had to ask him to at least put the old sim card back in my phone so I can at least make calls until T-Mobile sends me a replacement. He did that and walked away. His nose was running and he used his hands to wipe his nose the whole time, never cleaning his hands... Who does that, we still are dying from COVID. They ALL need retraining. SMH Terrible.
